We are so happy with this childcare centre! The educators are caring, kind, and attentive, and they make sure the children feel safe, happy, and loved. My son is always so happy to go there, and it makes me feel comfortable knowing he is in such good hands. The centre provides wonderful activities that help children learn, play, and develop. Thank you to the whole team for your care, patience, and dedication. Highly recommended! ❤️

We have been a family of this service for 5 years this year with 3 of our children going to this service last year and one graduation for prep! We have been so happy with overall service and staffing. It’s incredible the way the team treat the children like their own and have made life so much easier having our children here

We had a wonderful experience with Greenwood officer. My daughter attended from 10 months to 5 years old and always went happily every day. All the educators are amazing, caring, and supportive. I'm truly grateful for their love and care over the years. Highly recommended! ❤️

My son joined Greenwood at 5.5 months old, and after three months, I feel confident in sharing our experience.

What I really appreciate about Greenwood is that they listen to parents, respect their wishes, and genuinely try their best to address any concerns or dissatisfaction.

As a first-time mum who had to send her baby to childcare at such a young age, I naturally had a lot of concerns and was very particular about my baby's needs and routine. Greenwood has made this whole journey so much easier for us. They pay attention to the little details of his routine and do their best to make the transition as smooth as possible.

Thanks to their passionate educators and management team, I’ve been able to return to work feeling at ease, knowing that my baby is in good hands. Their app is also fantastic, as it allows me to keep track of his feeding, sleeping, and daily activities throughout the day.

Most of the educators have been there for a long time, which I think reflects positively on the centre, and they are professional and caring.

This was our first childcare experience, and after doing a lot of research, I’m so glad we found the right place for our family.

Thank you to the entire Greenwood family for making this journey easier for us! ❤️

Our child has been attending Greenwood Hunters Hill since they were in the nursery over a year ago (now in the toddler room) and I cannot praise them highly enough.

The staff are warm, caring, responsive, and flexible in accomodating our needs. Amy, the centre manager, and educators in the nursery (Qin, Thi and Myra) helped make the transition to starting daycare smooth and easy. Our child has since formed connections with educators, and friendships with other children, which has helped us build a sense of community. He has always been happy to go to daycare, which is a strong indicator he feels safe, secure and cared for whilst there.

The rooms are clean, spacious and well equipped with plenty of toys etc, and decent outdoor play areas. They always have activities for the children to join each day, which become more educational as they enter the toddler room (eg making playdough, painting, watering plants, water or sand play etc). The staff to child ratios are good and class sizes small compared to other local centres. I would highly recommend Greenwood HH to any parent.

We are very grateful for the wonderful experience our son Jayden has had at Greenwood Hunters Hill.

When Jayden first started, he had some language and communication difficulties, and as parents, we were naturally a little worried about how he would settle in and connect with others. The educators were incredibly patient, caring and supportive, giving him the time and encouragement he needed to build his confidence.

It has been amazing to see how much he has grown. Jayden has now settled in so well, communicates much more confidently, enjoys spending time with his educators and friends, and most importantly, he genuinely loves going to childcare every day.

Seeing him happy and excited to go to “school” means a lot to us as parents. We really appreciate all the care, patience and effort the Greenwood Hunters Hill team has put into helping him develop and feel that he belongs.

Thank you to all the educators and staff for creating such a warm and supportive environment for Jayden. We are very happy to have chosen Greenwood Hunters Hill and would highly recommend it to other families.

We have had a wonderful experience with Greenwood Mulgrave. Recently, we have noticed our child coming home excited to talk about the things she has been learning, which is so lovely to see.

The educators are caring, attentive and genuinely interested in supporting her learning and development. It is reassuring to know that she feels happy, comfortable and engaged while at the centre.

The management team is also very approachable and responsive whenever we have questions or need support. We really appreciate the care and effort the whole team puts into creating a positive environment for the children.

We are new to the childcare space-But since we started 3 weeks ago - It is great to see my son adore and enjoy his time at Greenwood Mulgrave…
It is good to see that the team is very attentive to his needs and are focused on his development. I love the the photos that I recieve each day of his activities and his development. We are very excited to see him participate in activities which he loves. Thanks !! You are great on all you do !!

Our son has been attending Greenwood Childcare Chatswood East since he was 8 months old, and he's now 10 months. We've been really happy with the care he receives. The educators keep us updated throughout the day, so we always know how he's going, which gives us real peace of mind as working parents. There's also a great range of activities, even for the youngest babies, and he's engaged and learning every day. Highly recommend to any parents looking for a caring, well-run centre.
