The educators here — including Miss Rachel, Miss Lillian, Miss Jessie, and others — are incredibly loving and responsible. They truly care about each child and always do their best to support both children and parents, whether it’s helping with language differences or easing separation anxiety. A caring and loving team is the most important part of a Child Care Center, and they truly have that here. I highly recommend this center to any family looking for a warm and supportive environment.

The centre is always clean and well looked after, and the food provided is great. Most importantly, my girls absolutely love it there. As a parent, there’s no better feeling than knowing your children are safe, happy, and so well cared for. I feel completely at ease leaving them here each day. Highly recommend!

The learning programs are engaging, the environment is clean and welcoming, and communication with families is excellent. We feel very lucky to be part of this centre and highly recommend it to other families.

The educators are warm, caring, and genuinely invested in creating a safe and supportive learning environment. The in house chef Sehee cooks a diverse range of healthy meals daily and is wonderfully personable with the kids also. The centre is culturally inclusive and truly multicultural, which we’ve really valued as a family. We’ve felt well supported throughout our time here and are grateful for the care and education our children have received.

Great resources for the kids, toys, blocks, environments, books, puzzles, bikes, sandpits, a bouncing pillow, cubby houses, slides, agility equipment, craft supplies and the staff skillfully create daily fun and educational experiences.

We love Greenwood at Concord. My boys have been there for almost 3 years. The educators are wonderful and so kind and caring.... We love Greenwood at Concord. My boys have been there for almost 3 years. The educators are wonderful and so kind and caring. The centre itself is brilliant with fantastic outdoor spaces for the kids to play. My boys particularly love the jumping pillow. When my 3yo started he had some additional medical requirements. Greenwood took him on with no drama. When discussing what he needed the responses we received were “we’ve had that before, it’s no worries” and “we’ve never had that but I don’t see why it would be a problem.” My two boys have thrived there and I’m sure when my daughter starts, she too will do brilliantly. The only negative I can think of is that there is so much sand!

She has multiple food allergies and they are able to accommodate them during meal times while ensuring she is always safe. The place itself is different from your average daycare with the outdoor area situated in the middle and classrooms around it. It is always kept in an immaculate condition. Even my parents are impressed by it. We always recommend greenwood to others in our local area

From day one, we felt confident leaving our son in their care because of the safe, nurturing, and welcoming environment they provide. The teachers take the time to get to know each child individually and support their development both socially and academically. Our son has grown so much in confidence, communication, and independence, and he’s always excited to go each day. Communication with parents is excellent, and we truly feel like partners in our child’s care and learning. We’re very grateful for the positive impact Grreenwood Concord has had on our family and highly recommend it to any parent looking for a supportive and loving childcare environment.
