I did a lot of research after moving to the area last year before enrolling my kids in this daycare. We had an exceptional previous center so it was really hard to make that transition and find something comparable. The care, support and teachers have all been wonderful, highly recommend!

The staff are exceptional and the cooking for the kids is amazing; often the kids have explored new food at daycare that they then want to try at home opening there dietary options up long term. All incidents are reported and incident forms are detailed. The girls are always happy going to day care and often a challenge to pick then up as they are enjoying themselves and both have built long term friendships with other kids over the years that have extended for the eldest even after leaving for school.

My children have attended for the past five years, and I truly couldn’t recommend them highly enough. The team feels like family — warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. One of the standout qualities is the low staff turnover, which creates such a stable, nurturing environment for the children. Every staff member is incredibly accommodating, supportive, and always makes families feel valued. We are so grateful to be part of such a wonderful centre.

The educators look after my child very well and i appreviate everything they do. I can't recommend this centre enough. My son can be a bit of a handful, but the staff are incredibly well-mannered and consistently go above and beyond to care for him. Their dedication and kindness truly make a difference in his day-to-day experience. They are understanding, patient, and helpful, and he genuinely enjoys his time there. A really big thanks to them!

Community Kids Cranbourne has been a centre my children have enjoyed for 7 years so far and counting ! The team are so friendly! There are no high staff turnovers and a lot of the staff have been there for 10+ years. The staff are caring, understanding + super approachable! I can not speak highly enough of the staff - each of them bring something unique to the centre and I often find myself spending a tad too long chatting away with them after drop off. My children have so much fun, they have/had learnt so much and I can't believe what my children are eating there (if only I can get the youngest to eat the same at home) I love the kinder daily updates on the app on seeing what they are learning and enjoying in the room! I also love how understanding they are to my youngest' needs and allow his NDIS specialist appointments to take place in the centre. It is a great local centre and my family has/is loving the community <3

As a first time mum, choosing the right childcare center felt like such a big and emotional decision but we honestly couldn't be... As a first time mum, choosing the right childcare center felt like such a big and emotional decision but we honestly couldn't be happier with the choice we made, especially after having a not so pleasant experience with another daycare center in the area. My daughter has been at this center for over 2 years now and it has been incredible for her in so many different ways, including boost in her confidence, social skills and coming out of her shell. She has built some friendships which she adores and it brings us so much comfort as parents knowing she is not only cared for, but also happy, engaged and growing. We are grateful for the amazing educators for making this transition positive and smooth - You are all stars! Special shoutout to Amy, Leah, Cecilia, Jocelyn, Maddie, Deena and Xiu! Highly recommend to any parent - Keep up the amazing work ladies!!
