Our daughter has loved going there for the last two years. We have been very happy with the friendly, caring staff and the clean facilities. A great little playground out the back and excursions to the adjoining park. It has a lovely community feel and we would recommend it to everyone.

The first thing that comes to mind when reviewing KinderHaven is “Hidden Gem” we are SO happy with this centre. We cannot recommend them enough, their staff are absolutely beautiful & kind. Not only do I know this by seeing how they are with the kids while I’m there but my son who only goes 1 day a week does not stop talking about his educators + his friends their aswell he settled in after only his 3rd time being there, they make such an effort to know all the little things that he’s interested in and know exactly how to make him have a great day.

While we were doing our first tour of the centre i knew we had found the one that I could send our son too and he would be taken care of no matter what distractions were around he & the other children would be the main priority always.
I was chatting to an educator there at the end of my tour, and then a child started crying.. mid conversation she stopped talking to me and went straight to the child to comfort and see what was the matter. That level of care I had never seen at a centre before, instead of sitting around chatting to the parents while children were crying and putting the parents first to sell the centre. That educator showed me that day that this was the centre we had to enrol in, they were the place that would put our children first over anything!

We love this centre and I wish we found them sooner! If you are an anxious parent who doesn’t trust your children with anyone & have a hard time of the thought of putting them into childcare like myself, trust KinderHaven I promise you they will be safe, supported & loved here.

Our eldest is now thriving in the Kindy room, although still hesitant at drop off, while our youngest is currently in Nursery, and they both absolutely love their time there. They come home happy and have formed such wonderful relationships with the all educators and other children.

The staff genuinely care about every child and create such a warm, nurturing environment where they feel safe, valued and encouraged to learn and grow. Watching our children develop in confidence has been so rewarding, and we know much of that is thanks to the incredible team. It also is worth noting that I believe the current team has been there for quite some years now. I think this speaks volumes about the workplace itself, and the team environment that has been created.

What impresses me even more is that so many of the educators have young children of their own waiting for them at home after spending the entire day caring for everyone else's. I honestly don't know how they do it. It takes such a special kind of person to give so much of themselves every single day, and their dedication never goes unnoticed.

Thank you to the entire team for everything you do. You have become such an important part of our family's journey, and we feel incredibly lucky to have found this centre <3

Plenty of open space for kids to play and learn and it’s generally very tidy considering there’s a bunch of little humans determined to make it look the opposite.

It’s been so nice watching her confidence grow and seeing how comfortable she is there.

The nursery team are incredible. They’re so kind, caring and genuinely invested in the children. They’re always happy to have a chat at drop-off or pick-up, and I really appreciate the daily photos and updates. It’s lovely seeing what my daughter has been up to each day, and it’s clear how much thought goes into planning fun and meaningful activities.

The management team are fantastic too. It’s so nice to see how involved they are with the children. My daughter will often jump straight out of my arms into the director’s in the morning, which says so much about the relationships they’ve built. Every time I’ve picked her up, the nursery has felt calm and relaxed, and it’s always such a positive environment to walk into.

We’re so grateful for everything the team does for our daughter and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kinder Haven to any family looking for a quality childcare centre.

The communication is fantastic, the environment is safe and nurturing, and so much effort goes into creating meaningful learning experiences. We have been with this centre for almost two years after recommendations from friends. I cannot fault Daniella and her team for all... We have been with this centre for almost two years after recommendations from friends. I cannot fault Daniella and her team for all the effort and attention they give to my kids there on a daily basis. My kinder kid and toddler have undergone many big changes during that time which the centre has supported and worked around including potty training, picky eating, nap refusal and separation anxiety. It’s also wonderful to see that most of the staff have been there for many years and have created strong bonds with both kids over that time so room changes as they aged up have been incredibly easy!
