We have absolutely loved our time at this centre and cannot thank the team enough for the care and support they have provided... We have absolutely loved our time at this centre and cannot thank the team enough for the care and support they have provided to our daughter, Winnie. The facilities are fantastic, and the entire team is warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. Every morning we were greeted with a smile, which always made us feel valued and comfortable. A special thank you to the Nursery 2 team, who were simply phenomenal. Miss Jodie and Miss Abby - created such a nurturing environment for Winnie, and she always felt safe, happy, and cared for. Knowing she was in such capable hands made the transition into daycare so much easier for me as a parent. Our daughter was always looked after beautifully, and it was clear how much the educators genuinely cared about her wellbeing and development. We are saddened to be leaving due to changes in our personal circumstances, but we leave with nothing but gratitude and wonderful memories. I would highly recommend this centre to any family looking for exceptional care for their little one.

He was more than ready to go off to big school at the start of this year with all the help and preparation provided in his Kindy class and even now he still asks to stop in at Kool Kids to say Hi and update them all on how fun school is!

I’ve had a number of my children at the centre for the past 7 years and they have always been amazing, even with... The girls are amazing, very informative and really catered to each Families‘s children’s needs(Well, they definitely have in my case).. I recommend you send your children here

They have been consistently kind, professional, and genuinely attentive, creating a nurturing environment that gave us complete peace of mind. We especially appreciated the creativity and thoughtfulness they put into the daily activities, which made each day engaging and enjoyable for Talia. Although we’ve had to move to a different daycare due to distance, it was not an easy decision because of the wonderful experience we had here. We always felt very comfortable leaving our daughter in their hands. We highly recommend this centre to any parents looking for a caring and supportive environment for their child.

We made the move from NZ, our two children felt quite unsettled, yet Kool Kids Mermaid Waters went above and beyond to help our kiddies feel welcome and at home, now they look forward to kindy days.
