After spending two years at another centre, we moved our son to this centre four months ago, and we noticed an immediate difference in his mood, confidence, and learning progress.
Bonnie, the centre manager, has been in the industry for many years and really understands how to support both children and their families. Her experience and genuine care make a noticeable difference.
If you visit the centre around 4 or 5 pm, you’ll see it for yourself—the educators are still energetic and engaged, and there’s so much laughter and positivity between the educators and the children. It’s clear that the team genuinely enjoys being there, and that positive environment makes the centre a wonderful place for the kids.

Over the past three months since our son transferred to the centre and joined the Kindy room, we have noticed significant progress in his skills and development. He is learning much more quickly, and most importantly, he really enjoys his days at the centre. We are very pleased with the care and support he has received. Highly recommend this centre!

The transition was so smooth and the teachers are really good, so professionals and super friendly. All the learning activities in every classroom are great and so important for the little ones development. For me the most valuable thing is that we are informed of every little detail during the day which is so so important for us . We are glad that we did the change . Thank you Mrs Katrina , Mrs Rachel , Mrs Amanda, Mr Jaz, Mrs Ray Ray , Mrs Sally for all the help during the transition, and all the amazing teachers 🙏🏽 cheers

She has attended here since she was 3, and has enjoyed a consistent, dedicated team of teachers throughout her time here. We saw the staff as friendly and supportive, not only to our daughter, but also when it comes to the pesky admin side of life. We've had to move centres as we are moving from the area for work; which is a shame - we will all miss the dedicated and lovely team at Kool Kids Helensvale <3

We have had a wonderful experience at Kool Kidz Helensvale. Julia has been here since she was 7 months old and is now... We have had a wonderful experience at Kool Kidz Helensvale. Julia has been here since she was 7 months old and is now 3 years old. She has learned so much, including her colours and letters, even though we haven’t taught her much at home.
Our older child also attended Kool Kidz Helensvale and is now in Prep. Thanks to the wonderful educators, our child started school feeling confident and well prepared.
The staff are caring, friendly, and supportive. We highly recommend Kool Kidz Helensvale to any family looking for a great childcare centre.

I can not recommend this daycare/kindergarten enough, we have been with Kool Kids since moving to the gold coast 5 years ago and have had two children move through the centre. The educators are amazing, you can tell every single educator loves the kids, they give them cuddles when they're sad and are so driven to help and teach the children. My daughters have made the best friends before starting school. Everyone is amazing but a special mention to Miss Sam, Miss Elena, Miss Ange and Miss Alana. ❤️❤️

I enrolled my 10-month-old at Kool Kids Helensvale last month after an extensive search for the right daycare, and I can honestly say... I enrolled my 10-month-old at Kool Kids Helensvale last month after an extensive search for the right daycare, and I can honestly say that no other centre in the area compared to the warm, loving atmosphere here.

The facilities are excellent, but what matters most to me is knowing that my baby is cared for by people who genuinely love their work and want to be there. Every day, we are warmly greeted by the educators, and they all already know my baby by name.

My baby is also a picky eater, and the chef went above and beyond by ordering special ingredients for her. The team truly makes an effort to understand and cater to each child’s individual needs while creating a safe, nurturing and welcoming environment.

I feel very reassured leaving my baby in their care and would highly recommend Kool Kids Helensvale!
