The educators are exceptional—warm, attentive, and truly invested in every child’s wellbeing and development. The management team is equally amazing, always welcoming, supportive, and incredibly well organised. Thank you for creating such a nurturing environment where children can thrive. The staff at Casa Bambini Blackburn have been amazing, right from the get go the staff were welcoming and friendly and made my... The staff at Casa Bambini Blackburn have been amazing, right from the get go the staff were welcoming and friendly and made my choice of Daycare a no brainer The site managers Molly and Kylie were always ready to help me with any query or issue that arose and they never made me feel wrong for checking anything with them and they also took time out of thier day to get to know and spend time with kids at the center, I know my son would smile every time he saw them. The Educators in the room (Latha, Angeliki, Srivani and Chrislin) always kept us up to date with what my son gets up too and they all built a genuine connection with him, seeing him smile, laugh and wave to each of them was amazing to see. It felt like I wasn't leaving my son at a center it was like I was leaving him with Family and friends. Lastly the Chef at Casa Bambini Crystal would always make sure every kid got delicious nutrious meals, she was is always eager to talk to us about what our son eats, what he liked and disliked and would take time to interact with the children and talk and play with them. I know my son enjoyed every meal and loved giving her High fives or waving. All in all the center has been amazing for a first time parent like myself, helping us learn what to do when it comes to introducing solids and teaching him skills and social skills he will use all his life. The Staff at Casa Bambini Blackburn are amazing and they should all be proud of the masterclass of a service they provided, any business would be lucky to have them on the team. Keep up the great work all of you, we truly appreciate the hard work.

Particular appreciation goes to their attentiveness to our son’s individual needs, including both his learning development and dietary requirements. Communication is excellent, we receive regular, detailed updates throughout the day, which provides reassurance and transparency. The facility is impeccably clean, well-maintained, and clearly prioritises safety at every level. Staff are highly responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in the wellbeing of the children. We highly recommend this centre to any family seeking a safe, structured, and nurturing environment.

The educators are warm, friendly, and genuinely caring. They communicate so well and always keep us updated about our son’s day, which we really appreciate. It’s clear they truly care about each child and treat them like individuals. The program is very educational and thoughtfully planned. There are always engaging activities, creative play, and learning opportunities happening. At two years old, our son is constantly stimulated, learning new things, and developing new skills in a fun and supportive environment. Most importantly, we always feel that the children are safe, well looked after, and happy. We’re so grateful to have found such a wonderful centre and highly recommend it to any families looking for quality care.

Although there were several changes in centre management, there has been stability over the last two years. Definitely worth your consideration if you’re near to the area or en route to and from work.
