From the moment you step in to the centre, you can tell that it is completely child focussed. We have sent our little... From the moment you step in to the centre, you can tell that it is completely child focussed. We have sent our little one there for the last few months and every day they come back excited to share their day and with a big smile on their face. We recently moved interstate and was worried about the adjustment for our child, but the teaching staff here have done so much to help them assimilate into existing groups. The 2 front desk staff members are a true highlight. They greet both the adults and the children as you enter, providing any updates or just sharing a chat, which is beautiful. The centre is extremely clean, has several areas including a sensory room, live fish and a lizard, and many interactive corners for the children to have the best experience they can. Learning seems to be blended with fun, the kids are confident and always talk to other parents, and children appear to be encouraged to develop their own personalities and strengths. We feel extremely lucky to be sending our child to Great Beginnings in Epsom and would highly recommend the centre.

I have visited six other centres in the area and the management team at Great Beginnings Cranbourne North has always been the part... I have visited six other centres in the area and the management team at Great Beginnings Cranbourne North has always been the part that puts them above the rest. From the first tour, Sam is involved with the children, knew each one of them so well and interacted with them with so much love. Tarn is always ready to answer any admin query and lend an extra pair of helping hands. We have been part of the centre for over a year and I can say with confidence that Sam and Tarn have gone above and beyond for our family. They always find a way to help, even on the financial side of things. Another part that I love about the centre is that the teachers stay, its not teachers that come and go but ones that have been there for years. There are centres that appear more fancy and with higher fees but Great Beginnings Cranbourne North is a centre that feels like a comfortable fit that focus on personal connection. And to me that matters most!

When she first started daycare she was non-verbal and the team really rallied together to understand her cues and ensure she felt safe and cared for. Fast forward 2 years and she is thriving in their kinder program. They have secured KIS funding for her and every team member is caring and kind towards her. Her speech has developed leaps and bounds and I owe it to the wonderful educators, many of which have an interest or have done additional study in regards to neurodivergent children. I highly recommend this centre. If my non-verbal neurodivergent child has been able to thrive, so will your child.

Great beginning Secret Harbour has been the best decision we could make for our little girl! Always a big warm welcome when stepping foot into the centre, staff are all friendly and always bubbly! Our baby has been at Great beginning for roughly 3-4 months attending in the nursery room. Sam (lead educator) has been AMAZING with our girl, from settling her in to setting goals like walking. Our most favourite thing about the centre has been receiving updates throughout the day from an app the centre uses. It tells us what our baby has eaten, when she’s been toilet, when shes asleep and how long for & also the activities they do throughout the day. Activities they are doing has alot of focus on developing our baby’s fine motor skills, language and cognitive while also her sense’s as in see, touch, smell and hear. As a mum sending her first baby and putting a lot of trust into others to care and nurture my daughter, Sam, Caitlyn, Tiree, Jess and the other stuff have been very trusting and supportive with this process. I would 100% recommend Great Beginning Secret Harbour! Our experience with the centre so far is definitely a 10 out of 10 😊 Sam- Thank you for being you, our girl absolutely adores you and looks forward to seeing you each morning. You are the BEST!

She is always happy to help with any questions. You can tell she really cares about the families here and takes pride in what she does!!

Thi centre is more than just a daycare. based on experience of being with them for more than 5 yrs. My daughter... My daughter who is 12 now attended when she was 1- 5or6 . my 4 yr old son attends the centre since he was 10month why ? The level of care and service the educators gives here is something you don’t easily find in newer centres! sorry not sorry isaid that :) The educators are highly experienced, genuinely caring, and they truly look after each child’s wellbeing they will 100% extend their hands to help Build each childs growth, build confidence, develop their learning & thinking skills . You can feel the difference knowing your child is in safe and capable hands every day like ( feels like HOME) Highly recommended for any family looking for quality care they been running for so long for a reason! thanks Great begginning specially TESS - LENI - KAI - SABINA - LISA ! -ANITA - SUMMAIYA and other ladies <3
