This is my son’s very first daycare, and we are truly grateful for all the love, patience, and support the educators have shown him. Starting daycare can be overwhelming for a little one, but thanks to Ms Jess, Ms Phoenix, and all the wonderful educators, he was able to settle in, feel safe, and enjoy his days with the other babies. When he first started, my son was going through a strong “stranger danger” phase, so I was extremely worried. I was checking my phone every 15 minutes, expecting a call from the centre to come and pick him up because I thought he would be too nervous and upset. However, the educators were incredibly patient and truly took the time to support him, and all my worries turned out to be unnecessary. Of course, he is still only 13 months old, so there are days when he cries at drop-off. Even then, the educators always welcome him with kindness and warmth, which gives us so much reassurance as a parent. One of the biggest reasons we decided to put him into care was to help with his social skills. He had spent most of his time with me, and when we were around my friends and their children, he wasn’t sure how to interact with other babies. The centre set clear goals and made a thoughtful plan to support his social development. Now, he has started to enjoy playing with my friends’ babies, and that makes me incredibly happy. We deeply appreciate the way the educators care for him, comfort him, and help him grow with confidence. Thank you for creating such a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for our son. I would especially recommend this centre to families who have similar concerns and are looking for a patient, understanding, and supportive environment for their child :)

She is caring, patient, and always professional. The way she supports not only my son but all the children in his class really stands out. She handles every situation with calmness, kindness, and genuine understanding — qualities that mean so much to us as parents. I also want to acknowledge the entire team in his room. They greet my son warmly every day and create a safe, welcoming environment that he loves. Their dedication, professionalism, and kindness never go unnoticed. Management is always helpful and easy to communicate with. My eldest, who will be off to school next year, has been at the centre since he was just 5 months old. I’m so grateful to the kinder teachers for all their hard work and support in helping him grow and get ready for school. Over the years, the educators have become like family very caring, patient, and genuinely invested in my children’s growth and happiness. The management team is absolutely amazing as well. They are organised, supportive, and always open to communication, making every day smooth and reassuring for parents. Thank you to the entire team for the love, dedication, and hard work you put in. A special mention to Centre Manager Jasmine and Caitlyn—both are extremely professional, supportive, and always available to guide and help. I would also like to truly thank Sandeep, the kinder teacher, for her constant support throughout my placement. She guided me patiently, encouraged my learning, and helped me grow with confidence. I feel very grateful for this opportunity and highly recommend this childcare centre to families and students. They truly deserve more than 5 stars! 🌟

Both my Daughters attended Creative Garden, We had nothing but an amazing experience there, The educators were supportive and attentive to their needs,... There are times we see some of the educators in public and my girls will run up and give them a hug, Showing the truly caring impact they had on them! The management team were in constant communication with us providing support and care. Special Shout out to Sandeep, Claire, Shashi, Lupe, Jade, Mel Jasmine and Caitlyn, for their love and care towards my children, They still talk about you to this day!
