The preschool program is amazing, and I would especially like to thank Miss Ly, Miss Kim, Miss Linnda, and Miss Lana. They are all fantastic educators who genuinely care about the children and go above and beyond to support them.. The educators are caring, experienced, and truly dedicated to helping each child learn and grow. They do a wonderful job preparing the children for kindergarten by teaching important school readiness skills and building their confidence and independence.

At first, I was worried she might have trouble adjusting, but with the help of the teachers, she quickly built her own little circle of friends and started smiling a lot more. Miss Gessika Tahan is an exceptional centre manager and every single member of her team is just as amazing, everyone from my sons room teachers through to the chef grew a connection with my son and he adored every single one of them, so much so he still cries wanting to go back to Miss Elise, however kindy is where his journey is now. Miss Gessika I just wanted to put in writing how much you and your team mean to our family. Iv never felt so at ease leaving my son in the care of such genuine, loving and respectful women! The way your centre up holds it values not only in safety but in respect, caring, kindness,love and compassion. We felt so fortunate that our son got to experience the opportunity to be nurtured and loved by your team. My niece Ana is thriving in the centre and has grown so much since starting. I can really see improvement in her literacy and numeracy skills, as well as her social skills with other children. The educators Shamima and Eliza are doing a great job. They are caring, supportive, and really encourage the children to learn and participate with confidence. I’m very happy with the progress Ana is making and truly appreciate the wonderful care from the team.

What a wonderful place to take my precious first grandson. The facility is deceptively large secure, safe and well maintained. The communication between staff and parents, both face to face and online during the day is excellent. Good leadership is evident and camaraderie amongst the staff is obvious- they like each other and work well together ( something that many owners forget is obvious to patrons of any business) . They clearly enjoy the work they do and deserve above award wages as the staff are the main element making First Grammar Childcare an attractive, safe, kind place to care for our children. The staff, from managers to chef ( meals are cooked fresh daily ) are always friendly, helpful and professional despite an often variable and chaotic work place-it's full of babies, toddlers kids!! I highly recommend FGC and am always grateful and appreciative of the work they do.
