Our daughter started her orientation on 30 April and officially began attending from 5 May when she was just 17 months old. Like many toddlers, she was very attached to us and could be quite fussy and cranky, so starting daycare was a big step for our family.

From the very beginning, everyone went above and beyond to help her settle in. A special thank you to Simran and Jagpreet, who have been absolutely amazing with her. They have been so patient, caring and attentive, and it's clear they genuinely love what they do. Seeing the bond they've built with our daughter has made all the difference, and knowing she's in such caring hands gives us so much peace of mind.

I'd also like to thank Virdah, the Centre Manager, for all her support. She has made every effort to help us throughout this transition, always taking the time to listen, answer our questions and make sure both our daughter and our family felt supported. Her kindness and genuine care haven't gone unnoticed.

Every educator we've met has been warm, welcoming and caring. It's such a lovely environment, and we've seen our daughter become more comfortable and confident each week.

Thank you to the entire Pelican Fairways team for making what could have been a difficult transition such a positive experience. We truly appreciate everything you do and feel so grateful to have found such a wonderful daycare. ❤️

The educators are kind, nurturing, and passionate, and it’s clear that this positive culture starts with strong leadership. My son absolutely loves attending, and we have seen such wonderful growth in his confidence, independence, and learning.

The first thing I noticed was how seriously the centre takes safety. The sign-in and collection process was well managed, the doors were secure, and the educators were attentive and knew exactly who was collecting each child. It gave me a great sense of confidence knowing the children are so well protected.

The centre itself was clean, calm, and beautifully presented. The educators were warm, welcoming, and engaged with the children, who all looked happy and settled. It was lovely to see such positive interactions throughout the rooms.

It’s clear that the management and team take great pride in maintaining high standards of care, safety, and professionalism. From what I observed during such a short visit, I can absolutely understand why families choose this centre. Well done to the entire team for creating such a wonderful environment for children.
