Absolute best childcare and service you could ask for, I dropped both my girls off here for a long time with that same warm feeling you get when you drop them off at your mums house. Can’t thank the staff enough for the care they take with my kids. ❤️

My little boy has been coming here from 18 months to now almost 3. He absolutely loves it and doesn't understand why he can't come on the weekend. We have had consistency with staff and they're all lovely, personable and deeply caring. I would highly recommend Penguin.

This daycare goes above and beyond my son’s needs. The staff are amazing and the facility has so much to offer for kids to keep busy and to continue developing skills. My son runs in the door so excited to see his educators and always comes home smiling.

I have two children and was recommended penguin childcare years ago but they were at full capacity at the time but got my details. I had Emma follow up and unfortunately my daughter was settled else where so I kept it in mind for my son. The follow up in itself was just the starting point. From the moment I walked into the centre I was greeted by Emma. She’s warm and bubbly, and very helpful. I had issues with processing my son and Emma helped made the process so much easier.
Orientation was offered and my son was welcomed like he has been there for years. Most of the teachers have been there for a substantial amount of time which is good to know that staff love being there also. I highly recommend this centre.

My 4 year old son goes to Penguin in Caroline Springs. He has been going for almost 2 years now and it has been great! He has noticeably progressed in his learning and his speech. His social skills are blossoming and every time I go in to drop him off or pick him up, the staff there are welcoming and always up talk about any concerns or funny experiences with my son. Its not often I go in there and see kids in tears or fighting, like you would in any day care. The staff are on top of it and always watching the kids. Its important to feel good dropping your kid off to a place they will spend most of the day and I can confidently say, I do at penguin.
Thanks to all the lovely staff for making the beginning of Jordans learning years fun and enjoyable.

The whole team are amazing and I couldn’t recommend Penguin Caroline Springs enough. Starting our boys in childcare initially wasn’t easy, but the team were so supportive, caring and understanding and really helped make the process so much easier. They've been going here for a few years now and now they absolutely love it!

We’ve had such a wonderful experience with Penguin Childcare Caroline Springs. Our oldest son has been attending for three years, and our youngest has now been there for around eight months.

The educators are incredibly caring, kind and accommodating, and I genuinely feel so comfortable leaving my children in their care. Both of my boys are always happy to go, which as a parent says everything.

It’s such a lovely feeling knowing your children are somewhere they feel safe, supported and cared for. We’re so grateful for the beautiful relationships the educators have built with our boys and for the care they show our family. We couldn’t recommend them more highly.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience at this centre. From the moment you walk in, the environment feels safe, clean, welcoming and inviting. The educators are genuinely invested in the children’s wellbeing and go above and beyond to get to know not only the children, but their families too.

Our child has absolutely thrived in this environment. We’ve seen growth in confidence, learning and character, and we love how the educators continually encourage his development and celebrate his individuality.

We’ve recommended the centre to friends who have since enrolled their children, and they feel exactly the same way. We’re so grateful to have such a positive experience with trusting a centre with our baby.

I cannot speak highly enough about penguin childcare caroline springs, its the Best childcare, my little one is going to penguin since she was 10 months and now she nearly 4yrs the educators and management is amazing cant be happier and my little one loves it.
