We’ve had such a wonderful experience with Mini Masterminds Lidcombe! The staff are absolutely amazing, so warm, caring, friendly and genuinely attentive. You can really tell how much they care about the children and creating a happy, welcoming environment for them.<br><br>The centre has such a lovely atmosphere, and the team always makes you feel comfortable and reassured. The teams communication is great, and it’s clear they put so much effort into making each child feel safe, supported and cared for.<br><br>I couldn’t recommend Mini Masterminds Lidcombe enough. We're very grateful for the care and attention our children receive at this childcare centre. Recently, an educator noticed a small scratch above our daughter's eye and took the initiative to contact us to check whether it had happened before arrival or at the centre. Although it had occurred at home, we were impressed by the care, diligence, and attention to detail shown.<br><br>We also have an older child in the preschool room, and the homeroom teachers have been consistently wonderful. They are caring, attentive, and genuinely invested in the children's wellbeing and development.<br><br>It's reassuring to know our children are in such capable and nurturing hands. Thank you to the entire team for the exceptional care you provide.

This centre would have to be the worst run childcare in Sydney. To the owners of mini mastermind you really need to think about who you hire. When management don't know how to educate young kids and only good in ringing parents to tell them 123 instead of the staff doing what they studied there easy options are to ring and tell the parents to come pick them up..<br>I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO PARENTS THINKING ABOUT MINI MASTERMINDS TO REALLY DO THERE RESEARCH FIRST.

I enrolled my daughter into the centre when they first opened over a year ago. All I can say is I thought back last year it was too good to be true, from the educators interactions, the planned excursions and the management team (shoutout to Chelsea and Brenda). From then on it’s only gotten even better every single month there’s something new and exciting for my daughter to interact in. Best service in the area

Good care for child and professional staffs

We enrolled our child shortly after the centre opened, and we have been very happy with our experience ever since. The space is beautiful, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed for the children. All of the educators are caring, supportive, and always willing to help not only the kids but also the parents. We are especially grateful for the director of the centre, who is always approachable, professional, and happy to assist whenever needed. Overall, the entire team is very professional, kind, and dedicated. We highly recommend this childcare centre to any family looking for a supportive and caring environment for their children.

I can't recommend this childcare centre highly enough. From the rooms themselves and how comforting they feel to the amazing staff, it is a place where I enjoy taking my children. As a mum it is always so hard dropping off and leaving the kids in the care of others but the centre provides updates during the day and whenever you need some reassurance that your child is settled and having a great time. The centre manager, Brenda, is amazing and always a friendly face to great you at the door and her knowledge and passion is so noticeable from the first meeting. Every educator that I have encountered has been so amazing. Ms Fatima's kindness and caring nature shine through and she has truly made my daughter feel so comfortable in a new environment. It is so easy to see the passion all the educators have and how much they truly care for every child in their care. If you are looking for somewhere to send your child, this is the place to go!

We couldn’t be happier with our experience at this daycare centre. We're so glad we gave this centre a chance shortly after they opened in 2025. The team are always approachable and open to feedback. Minor concerns we had at the start were handled quickly, professionally, and with genuine care. The facilities are ultra modern, clean and with a fun and large outdoor space. There's always tons of new activites, learning and fun to be had for the children. Highly recommended! Our daughter started in January and, as first-time parents, we were very worried about her first childcare experience. However, we were so positively surprised by how caring, attentive, and lovely the team has been with our little one. Since her first day, she has settled in well, sleeping and eating comfortably there. During the first few weeks, the team always answered my calls and helped me feel reassured and comfortable returning to work and leaving her at childcare. Tasneem is always so kind and keeps us informed about how our daughter is developing and progressing. In addition, the app is always updated with the daily activities and updates about my daughter, which gives me peace of mind and confidence that she is being very well cared for. All the staff have been incredibly kind to our daughter, my husband and me. We are very grateful for all the care and support. Thank you so much!
