Dear family based on my personal experience, I would encourage families to carefully research any childcare centre before enrolling their children.<br>Although the building at Mini Masterminds is modern and well presented, I felt that the learning resources available to educators were limited. In my experience, some learning experiences appeared to be set up for a minutes and were not consistently maintained throughout the day.<br>I also observed frequent changes of casual staff, particularly in the nursery room, which I felt affected consistency for the children. As someone with many years of experience in early childhood education, I was disappointed by what I experienced regarding support and professional treatment within the workplace.<br>I believe all educators, regardless of their background or culture, deserve to be treated fairly, respectfully, and professionally. Every child also deserves a stable, well-supported learning environment.

I'm sure that your help and guidance over the last few years has got her to where she is and the development shes had especially over the last 12 months in your care has been massive in preparation for school readiness. Don't know where to begin, my Children have been coming to this mini masterminds from the very beginning and all i can say is if i could give more than 5 stars i would. The director is very easy to talk to and always ensures you feel listened to and heard. She goes above and Beyond for both the children and the parents. If you have any concerns she jumps on that concern instantly. Her response back to emails is incredible as well. I have never had an issue with my kids, i always got phone calls for the smallest things because they knew i was a parent that loved to know everything even though they didn't have to they respected how i was and i never felt more safe with my kids their. The staff are just all so nice and welcoming. In the 5 years of being their i have only lost 1 pair of socks and let me tell you that is incredible ! I love this Centre - Thank you Kirsty and the team for being amazing <3

Amazing centre! My son has been attending for over a year and a half and he is always so happy! The educators are all so lovely and go above and beyond to ensure all children receive the best care and that all families are satisfied. They provide great attention to detail and are very consistent with their documentation and clear communication of how your child went throughout the day I’ve never regretted my decision to enrol my son here, he’s thriving so much and the educators have spent a lot of time with him to support him to reach his learning goals! Mini Masterminds Glenwood has become like our second family ,I love that I can have a genuine conversation with the educators and I feel so much love and support from them if ever I’m having a rough day. There is no judgement and I can talk to them about anything! Miss Kirsty is a fantastic Centre Manager, I highly recommend this beautiful centre, please enrol your children here ☺️❤️

I cannot recommend Mini Masterminds highly enough. Kirsty and the whole team were incredible during what can be an emotional transition of starting day care. Within no time my son was making friends and running about, and absolutely loves his time there. Kind, nurturing educators and full of creative activities.

The staff at this centre are fantastic. After some poor experiences at another centre we really appreciate the dedication and care of the staff at this centre.

The educators are amazing at what they do. Really kind, flexible and pay great attention to each child’s requirement. I take my niece there 3 times a week and she loves going there. I highly recommend Mini Masterminds at Glenwood for parents who want someone trustful and professional.
