Hands down Mini Masterminds Campbell St are awesome! Everyone is so caring, warm and genuinely care about kids. Our daughter loves coming in and the teachers are wonderful. We've always had such a positive experience here. Shoutout to Emma and her amazing team ❤️

the absolute best!!! i have 2 kids in this facility and truly - it’s going to be so hard once we move and have to say goodbye. they have gone above and beyond for my babies always in all ways! they’ve always communicated well, handled any issues my child was having, always allow my babies to eat til their heart is content (unlike last place), always accommodated when we’ve needed and never ever made us think anything other than “our kids are safe and with the best”. my babies adore their teachers and are quite vocal about it - that for me shows how great this centre is! we are so super blessed with and by this team and i will forever be grateful for you all at riverstone 2 - thank you for everything and for playing a massive part in our babies lives! 🤍🙏🏽 - special shout out to Miss T and Miss Emma: thank you both for having our back in whatever it is that we came to y’all with from our babies to casual bookings to billing. we are grateful for you both, so so much!!!

I couldn’t recommend Mini Masterminds Riverstone - Campbell Street anymore. As a first time mum I was quite nervous to start my son’s journey but the team made sure to settle any first time mum nerves I had. My son has been attended here, in the nursery room since he was 6 months old. Now my beautiful boy is now 14 months old and he loves every minute of his day. I love how the nursery room supports 12 children. It’s intimate and allows educators to for more meaningful connections with the children. I love that he has his own yard right off the edge of his room that is completely shaded over, protecting the most vulnerable from the harmful sun whilst still enabling them to explore outdoors. They always have so many fun experiences planned for the children to engage with all throughout the day. Being a full time working mum myself, the team at Riverstone always keep me updated with how my son does through out the day. He absolutely adores the whole team at Riverstone, not just his permanent educators, which just shows how above and beyond they go for him. Knowing that I could leave my son with anyone within the service and knowing he wouldn’t even care that I am leaving is so heart warming. A special credit to the Director Miss Emma and Assistant Director Miss Tee for creating such an amazing and supportive team that go absolutely above and beyond for their families. They are my son’s second family and that’s the best kind of ELC.

I would like to give a feedback about the staff in riverstone 2 on Campbell street.The director there Emma she is really helpful and really approachable for us families and staff as well.She always goes out of her way , she always puts her families and staff first. The centre is always neat and tidy.we are really happy with the treatment that our son gets there from the educators, always greets with a smile. We can not thank Emma and the team with everything they do and their hard work.so if you are looking a childcare for your child or children , I 100:/: recommend you to go to riverstone 2 on Campbell street and ask for Emma. I came to this centre for a tour, I was there maybe 10/20 minutes. I walked out hating it! We were shown the nursery room, it’s a tiny space, children just waking up from sleeps yet the room was quite messy. This is the only area I was shown. The outdoor space for them is so small and not much to do at all! There’s a fence between their area & the bigger kids (very nice) playground. I would hate to think my daughter would have to stay in that tiny space and watch other kids get to enjoy a playground. It was overall a poor tour, rushed, and the staff member was not interested at all. It’s not somewhere I would want to leave my child all day, she would very easily get bored. The different centre I visited for a tour that same day I spent over an hour at, I was shown all rooms, my child was included in play which was nice to see how she was in their room prior to any commitments, I was shown their computer system, told about the app and everything else I needed to know prior to signing her up. Safe to say we went with centre number 2 (not any mini masterminds centres).

I did not get any upgrade my daughter

I have two boys attending mini mastermind riverstone (campbell St) my eldest is 4 years old and my youngest is 14 months — and I couldn’t be more grateful for the love and care they both receive. My 4-year-old has a speech delay and is a very picky eater, which made me quite anxious at first. But the educators in his room have been absolutely amazing. They are so patient, kind, and understanding. They’ve really helped him adjust to the routine and environment, and they’ve gone above and beyond to make sure he’s comfortable and supported. Even on days when he doesn’t want to eat anything, they make special arrangements just so he has something he will try. It’s very clear they genuinely care for him, and he adores them in return. My 14-month-old is in the baby room, and the educators there are just as wonderful. They always make sure he eats well during the day and take such good care of him. I feel so at ease knowing he’s in safe, loving hands while I’m away. I also want to mention Emma, the centre manager, who is such a warm and hands-on leader. I often see her outside playing with the kids or stepping into the baby room to help when the educators are all busy. She’s always welcoming and approachable, and she takes the time to answer any questions I have. It’s clear she genuinely cares about every child and supports her team wholeheartedly. This centre has become like a second home for my children, and I truly appreciate everything the staff do to help them feel loved, safe, and happy every single day. Thank you so much!

Mini Masterminds Riverstone (Campbell St) has been one of the best decisions for our babies (3yo and 1yo). Emma the center Director has been lovely from the moment our babies started at the centre, and has been so diligent in answering any of our queries. All of the educators are positively lovely and genuinely care about the children, their education, growth and well-being. I know our babies would not have transitioned so well into daycare if it had not been for Emma and all the amazing educators. The centre itself is very spacious and well equipped for fun and learning, and the programs it offers for the kids are an extra bonus (mini champions, mini chefs, mini yoga, mini linguistics). When my babies are there, I know that they are in good hands, well taken care of and that they're happy (as evidenced by the big smiles on their faces when I pick them up). Credits also to the centre chef who always makes sure the kids have good healthy meals and snacks to eat. I cannot recommend this centre more and am so grateful for the Mini Masterminds Campbell St team. Five stars!

I’m incredibly happy with Mini Mastermind! My child has transitioned so smoothly since joining and has been truly happy every day since. I am especially thankful to Center Manager Emma and Area Manager Gaetano for taking the time to have a meaningful conversation with me. They explained everything so clearly—especially how Centrelink works—and gave me the reassurance I needed as a parent. Emma does an amazing job managing all the day-to-day responsibilities with such care and dedication. I truly appreciate her efforts. A big thank you as well to all the educators at Mini Mastermind—they are always helpful, supportive, and nurturing. I feel so confident knowing my child is in such good hands. Highly recommend this centre to any parent looking for a warm, supportive, and professional environment for their little one!
