Team is incredibly lazy and they have a horrible and rude old lady called Audry, she drags children and scolds them. She is disrespectful to her colleagues and parents. Waiting for operations manager to support management team of the service better.

As a mum of 3, I have tried a number of the local daycares and Eden is handsdown the best. The staff are so friendly, the centre has a calming vibe, the rooms are always clean and smell nice and the kids are so well looked after. My son comes home clean, well fed and exhausted from such a great day of learning through play. I recommend them to anyone looking for care in the area.

As a first-time mom, i was nervous sending my precious bundle of joy to childcare, but Eden have been wonderful. They encouraged me to call and check in anytime. They keep me up to date with my boy's activities and adventure explorations. They ensure children are engaged in activities which will promote development, and have been very accommodating with transitioning to solids when he was ready. I am glad we have chosen Eden Riverhills to look after our son.

I’ve become such an advocate for Eden Riverhills. I don’t think I could love this centre more if I tried. The kind of care my child has received has truly exceeded all expectations and it’s so evident by my child’s behaviour and how far he has come since his enrolment that the educators at this centre are so intentional when it comes to building a long lasting relationship with kids, they go the extra mile to ensure a child feels safe and cared. My child just loves his educators, and I’m just so impressed by them. Enrolment was fast and easy. Communication is always so clear which is such an important one for me! They always have something positive to share about my child’s day when I pick him up. I don’t think I could trust a centre or a group of people more

An absolutely horrific centre. Poor treatment of children and lacking communication from all staff. Nothing was rectified when I complained. Withdrew my child and still facing a lack of communication regarding payments. We are at a new centre now having a MUCH better experience. Do not send your child here.

Went on the waitlist while I was still pregnant (can’t remember exact month but I gave birth November 2023 so before that) for a January 2025 start. So on the waitlist over a year, and Eden Riverhills told us we were 9th on the waitlist and would get in. November 2024 came, where they start letting ppl know they have been accepted for the next year, and we got an email offering the wrong days. When we replied to ask what was going on they told us now those days weren’t even available (so they sent out a mass email and it was first in got the spot). At the same time my friend, with the same aged baby who had gone on the waitlist for only a week and hadn’t done a tour yet, got a call saying her baby had got a spot for January 2025 intake. Absolutely unfair and we mentioned this to the manager who then offered us a spot in a different group but still not the days we wanted (only offered us 1 day out of the 3 we wanted). We also mention at the time of our tour that we were possibly considering two days instead of three days a week. They told us they don’t allow only two days at the centre…. Interesting because my other friend had put her baby in for only two days a week two months prior and still attends.

**⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐** We couldn't be more grateful for the incredible care and support our family has received from Eden Academy Riverhills. Our daughter, Lucy, has been through a challenging surgical journey, and the entire team here has gone above and beyond to make this time easier for us. The staff has been exceptionally understanding, providing not only a safe and nurturing environment for Lucy but also offering us constant reassurance and flexibility when we needed it most. Their kindness, empathy, and professionalism have truly made a difference in our lives. Thank you for being such an amazing and supportive community during this time. We highly recommend this daycare to any parent looking for a place that truly cares about their children and families.

Our youngest daughter absolutely loves the centre, director and her educators at Eden Academy, Riverhills! She's learned so much since being starting there and we couldn't ask for a better lead into prep next year. Massive shout-out to Mr Mark too, who she looks up to and absolutely raves about whenever she gets the chance. Highly recommend the centre at Riverhills for anyone wanting an immaculate, warm and welcoming home away from home for their little ones.

The amazing team of educators at Eden Academy Riverhills has made our daughter's time in care so smooth. She has been in care for a year now and she has just flourished. As parents we are so happy that our daughter is not only well taken care off, is nurtured and is supported when necessary, but she has also become more confident in her learning and is proud to show us what she has learned at Kindy. Thank you very much Eden Academy Riverhills for providing such a safe space for our daughter in her early childhood education journey. The team of educators are such a friendly, caring and humble group of human beings that make any interaction a very pleasant one.
