We have had our 3 year old at Eden Academy since the end of June and I cannot sing higher praise for all of the educators and administrative staff (also a shout out to Chef Arlie who is an absolute ray of sunshine). The facilities are always clean and well kept. Their policies and procedures are incredibly detailed and thorough. The day to day curriculum they set for the children is so imaginative and engaging. The food is delicious and the communication is just wonderful. I feel so secure knowing my little one is being so well looked after. The educators have worked patiently with my daughter who has bouts of separation anxiety and can be emotional at times. They are so gentle and kind and she loves all of her educators so much. Highly recommend Eden Academy Hamilton to anyone considering childcare for their little ones

My son attends the junior kindy room and I couldn’t be happier with our experience. Miss Bri and Miss Kate are absolutely amazing. I am an emotional parent for sure and they always reassure me and tell me beautiful stories about his day. You can tell in their voice and tone the genuine love and care they have for him. He is constantly learning new things and sharing his day with me at home. He is excited to attend and I love to see the updates during the day. 10/10 would recommend.

Certain staff can’t communicate properly. Certain staff accuse children of certain behaviours and of things without even knowing the children. Certain staff plant ideas in children’s kids because they have wrongly accused them of doing things after they’ve spent a total of two minutes with them. Certain staff I think just because they have a certificate they’re an expert in child behaviours. Upon speaking with certain staff from this centre, I found them incredibly rude. Staff at this centre need to be better equipped for early childhood care I need further training. Honestly, wouldn’t trust this centre or any of the people in it as far as I could throw them.
