Healthy Meals, Cooking Classes, & Parent Perks at Eden Academy Woodridge
The seasonal menu of nutritious meals and snacks was created with a nutritionist and is prepared for the children by the on-site chef.
The centre understands the needs of busy families, which is why they regularly offer a take home meal to parents. There is also complimentary morning tea for parents to enjoy as part of the morning drop off.
Children at the centre can enjoy breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and a late snack. There’s cereal and toast for breakfast; veggie packed bolognese, fried rice or chicken pasta bake for lunch; fruit platters, muffins and scrolls for snacks. Children are also given opportunities to develop their cooking skills through interactive classes with the centre chef on a weekly basis.
Curriculum might sound like a big word for little people. But here at Eden, we like to frame our days with purpose and objectives. Sometimes those objectives are a bit elusive, like ‘time on the grass’ or ‘experimenting with sounds’. Other times they’re clearer, like Yoga, dance, painting and pen skills.
Either way, our curriculum ensures that the children we care for are being guided by activities that will encourage age-appropriate development, under the guise of freedom and play.
Going above and beyond the standards of the National Quality Framework, Eden Academy places a large focus on children belonging, being and becoming.

Hi I’m Tahni. I have been working in the Childcare Industry for 6 years and have been with Eden for the past 4 years. I have taken on a variety of roles throughout my time with both Eden and other centres. I am dedicated to making a change and love watch children learn and grow.
I strongly believe the first 5 years of a child’s life are the most important. I love to create an environment where children can feel nurtured and challenged to have success.
I love making connections with children and their guardians. I love being able to have a good chat at pick up and drop off while supporting yourself and your little one into their new environment. I can’t wait to welcome you to Eden Academy Woodridge and continue to create that home away from home feeling.

Unsafe practices. Continual INJURIES with zero reporting and accountability and NO explanation. This centre hires anyone with a pulse and that's evident by every single gronk in their "head office" too. Ratio of "educators" is off too. The place is filthy and a disaster.<br><br>UPDATED COMMENT: I have tried contacting your head office and encountered more useless people in one organisation than I have in my entire life until this point. This place is an absolute shambles and so disorganised. No one has any clue what is going on. They all point the finger and take ZERO accountability. Judging by the influx of poor reviews in such a short amount of time, they have gone epically downhill. This centre is the WORST!!!

Centre and their head office lacks care and communication.<br>EDIT: in response to Eden's comments, I ALREADY sent several emails and requested to speak to the Ops Manager MULTIPLE times and that went ignored. Your sloppy Ops Manager is clearly a poor performer and just that incompetent and inept at picking up the phone and speaking with me. The lines of communication from all sides here is shocking. The amount of negative feedback they have gotten in the last little while really reflects alot.
