Extremely disappointing.<br><br>My baby has had multiple incidents, including injuries to the head, and I’m left with nothing more than a phone call and no proper incident report. That is completely unacceptable. Parents should not have to chase basic information about injuries to their own child.<br><br>For nearly $150 a day, I expect quality care, proper communication and decent food not excuses. The food quality is honestly shocking for a childcare centre.<br><br>The constant changes in centre management speak volumes. Friendly conversations with parents mean very little when the actual standards and systems behind the scenes appear to be falling short.<br><br>Eden Academy’s operations/area management seriously need to take responsibility and look at what is happening at Woodridge. Parents are paying a premium to trust you with their children and that trust needs to be earned.<br><br>Do better or shut down<br><br>I wouldn’t give this place one star but had to for the review.

We have been at this centre since late 2024 and love it! The team are caring, attentive, and communicate well. I leave happy after drop off knowing my children are well looked after and cared for.

Unsafe practices. Continual INJURIES with zero reporting and accountability and NO explanation. This centre hires anyone with a pulse and that's evident by every single gronk in their "head office" too. Ratio of "educators" is off too. The place is filthy and a disaster.<br><br>UPDATED COMMENT: I have tried contacting your head office and encountered more useless people in one organisation than I have in my entire life until this point. This place is an absolute shambles and so disorganised. No one has any clue what is going on. They all point the finger and take ZERO accountability. Judging by the influx of poor reviews in such a short amount of time, they have gone epically downhill. This centre is the WORST!!!

Eden Academy was amazing for my two boys.<br>The teachers are super caring and made the place feel like a second home for my son.<br>It’s such a warm, welcoming vibe, and you can tell they genuinely love working with the kids. The activities kept my kids engaged and excited to learn, and the facility is clean and bright.<br>We always felt in the loop as parents.<br>Highly recommend Eden Academy for any family looking for a great kindergarten!

Centre and their head office lacks care and communication.<br>EDIT: in response to Eden's comments, I ALREADY sent several emails and requested to speak to the Ops Manager MULTIPLE times and that went ignored. Your sloppy Ops Manager is clearly a poor performer and just that incompetent and inept at picking up the phone and speaking with me. The lines of communication from all sides here is shocking. The amount of negative feedback they have gotten in the last little while really reflects alot.

Really friendly and approachable staff that make us all feel very welcome and included.

Was GREAT place but lately i see more educators crying then children. Way some are treated is like you are back in high school..

Eden Academy is an amazing child care.<br>Kelly and the amazing team & educators have done above and beyond for my daughter over the year. I am incredibly grateful for everyone's input to the environment the learning aspects, the events are fantastic and we have come so far this year! Thankyou all a million. We love eden academy! 10/10 highly recommended!

The staff are absolutely wonderful and the centre is amazing if I could give 10 stars I would, Honestly was the best discussion I made putting my son at Eden academy woodridge
