After leaving a large chain centre and dealing with ongoing sickness and incidents (including rotating staff) we found Songbird and how lucky we have been. Every single staff member is amazing - Moya in the kitchen, Norma in the office and all the educators who make extra effort to engage and enlighten our children. Today the mobile dentist was arranged and the children enjoyed the experience. Our family is grateful for all the thought and care that goes into this centre and the peace of mind we have that our child is safe and happy as Larry.

My niece attends Songbird and I reguarly pick her up. Everytime I arrive, the children are always happy and having fun. It’s wonderful to watch my niece flourish.

Beautiful setting with the birds chirping, beautiful yards for the children to play. Staff are beautiful and my children always feel loved and supported. Couldn’t be happier with the service.

We have been extremely impressed with Song bird early learning in briar hill. We have two children who attend and we are in awe of the educators. This is a smaller childcare which is fantastic as the children have built a special bond with all the educators. Everyday we can see how much effort the educators put into the children’s education and ensure everyday is different. They are always completing a range of different activities with a mixture of crafts, education and play. The educators work hard and we are really grateful we have a loving daycare to send our children too.

Great childcare ❤️ Small warm environment. Educators care and bond with the children. Less sickness/outbreaks as it’s a smaller centre. Older experienced staff members. It doesn’t have all the frills but it has what matters.

Lovely centre with a warm, close-knit vibe - all of the educators / teachers have been wonderful, caring & kind. Flexible with days for us which has been a godsend.

My son really enjoys attending this daycare, and has been going for over a year. The educators are very warm and form great relationships with children. Kinder offer is really high quality with a very experienced teacher who knows the children well. I would highly recommend.

My little girl started at Songbird nearly 3 months ago at 6 months old. The staff have been so loving and caring for her that in morning drop offs she reaches out for them for her morning cuddles. The babies room is always calm and tidy and I love how they have an incursion every week for all the children together and on a Friday once a month that all the kids have a roast lunch together (didn’t know just saw photos on our daily page)

Hello, I'm just making a comment about a previous post I have read, I totally disagree with this information , every parent has a different point of view but regarding this particular educator my two children love her and she treats them very good and equally to all children. My children have settled and very happy at the centre and In the toddler room with this particular educator as their room leader, and other staff . Me and my partner wouldn't change this for the world, thanks to the wonderful educators that love our children while are at work.
