Amazing staff, very caring and attentive to both child and parents. My daughter has been there since she was 18 months. Amazing development and its comforting knowing the staff knpw your child.

We couldn't be happier with our children's childcare centre. From the moment you walk through the doors, you're greeted with such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The educators are caring, friendly, and genuinely invested in the children's wellbeing and development. The environment is inviting and engaging. Both our boys absolutely loves attending and has built wonderful relationships with both the educators and their peers. A special mention has to go Nadia – our son seems to eat foods there that he refuses to eat at home, which says a lot about the quality of the meals and the positive mealtime environment they've created. We love Eden academy it's a real comfort knowing our boys are happy and well cared for. We highly recommend this centre to any family looking for high-quality care, nurturing educators, and a welcoming community. We toured a few others but nothing compared to the warmth and feeling of home . Thank you to our amazing toddler team / jk team for everything you do.

Extremely happy with the centre and care provided. The educators are extremely supportive and involved with my kids development. The centre is extremely well kept and beautifully set up, including the yard spaces.

I put my son into eden at 4 months old and he was definitely not the easiest when it came to routine but the girls in the nursery room have been amazing and have adjusted everyday to my sons ever changing routine. Educator Ash has been incredible and I feel so comfortable being able to leave my son and know he is loved and looked after. My son is always so happy and is always smiling when I drop him off. I couldn't of been happier with my choice of daycare.

I feel incredibly lucky to have found Eden Academy for my two daughters. I had very limited time to find childcare for my girls after being given short notice that I needed to return to work full-time. I called Eden Academy, explained my situation, and was so grateful that they were able to offer us a tour, even though the centre was still undergoing renovations at the time. As soon as my partner and I walked through the doors, we knew it was the right place for our girls. Even with the renovations still in progress, the centre felt welcoming, and the team members were so friendly, warm, and bubbly. Both of my girls have now been attending for over a year and a half, and I can honestly say they absolutely love it here. My oldest still has the occasional meltdown or tantrum at drop-off, but the staff go above and beyond to help settle her. Whether it’s offering cuddles, engaging her in an activity straight away, or simply greeting her with a warm smile, they always make the transition easier. Sometimes both girls will be upset at the front gate, and the staff will open the door, greet them both by name, and instantly help turn their morning around. Both of my girls can be quite full-on at times, especially my youngest, but there are always so many engaging activities and learning opportunities available to keep them entertained and stimulated. It has been amazing to watch how much they have both learned and grown during their time here. The centre itself is always neat, clean, and modern, which is something I really appreciate. If you’re looking for a childcare centre, I highly recommend booking a tour of Eden Academy. You’ll quickly see how much the staff genuinely care and just how much fun the children are having every day. It’s a really warm and genuine review. The part about the staff greeting your girls by name at the gate is especially powerful because it shows the level of care they provide. ❤️

Eden Academy has been wonderful for our family. We have children in both the toddler room and the nursery, and the educators in each space are exceptional. They create a nurturing, safe and engaging environment every day. The management team is fantastic, always supportive and committed to running a great centre, with welcoming smiles and great communication.

Eden Academy Doreen has become a home away from home for both of my kids. My second child was very attached and reluctant to be away from me when she started but the staff put a lot of effort into making her feel comfortable and now she loves going. The staff at Eden Academy Doreen are clearly passionate about their jobs and put in so much effort to make the place warm and inviting. They have great programs and activities which keep the kids engaged. My nearly 3 year old is learning new dance moves, songs, letter sounds and numbers each week. She is also now really into craft and trying to write her name. For my older child, he learned so much and grew confident enough to make new friends, ask for help and do show and tell before starting school. They made his graduation such a special occasion that it is a memory we will cherish for the rest of our lives. Thank you to everyone at Eden Academy Doreen for everything you have done for us!

After 5 months at this childcare centre, we made the decision to remove our son from their Nursery room due to ongoing concerns around communication and care. One of the biggest issues for us was that direct instructions and needs were not consistently followed. Our son required two bottles each day, which had been part of his routine since starting. On his last day, I even received a phone call from an educator asking whether he still needed bottles for the day, despite this being a consistent requirement for the entire 5 months he attended. That conversation really highlighted the lack of communication and consistency within the centre. Unfortunately, I also felt that the educators were not well supported by management. There were multiple occasions where educators appeared overwhelmed and stretched thin with the children, while management staff were at the front chatting rather than assisting or supporting the rooms. I do want to acknowledge Ash, who was absolutely amazing with our son. She genuinely cared, communicated well, and gave us confidence when she was in the room. I often found myself worried when she wasn’t there, which says a lot about the inconsistency we experienced overall. As a parent, trust and consistency are everything, especially in a Nursery environment. Sadly, this was not our experience, and it is not somewhere I would personally recommend. That being said, there are also some wonderful educators within the centre, including Rachel (Nursery) and Tammy (Toddler 1) who deserve recognition for the care and support they provided to my son.

My Daughter absolutely loves it here. The staff are amazing and the centre is beaturiful and modern.
