We absolutely love Eden! From day one, the team has made both my daughter and our family feel so welcomed and supported.<br><br>The educators are incredibly kind, caring and genuinely invested in each child’s wellbeing and development. It’s so reassuring dropping her off each day knowing she’s in such safe and loving hands. She has formed beautiful relationships with her educators, comes home happy, and has grown so much in her confidence, independence and learning since starting.<br><br>The communication is fantastic, and we always appreciate the daily updates and photos that let us see what she’s been up to.<br><br>The company has recently upgraded a number of resources for all the rooms and it is clear how much effort the team puts into creating a nurturing environment where every child can thrive and learn and can freely explore and play.<br><br>A huge thank you to everyone at Eden for everything you do. We are so grateful to be part of such a wonderful centre ✨

The experience at the baby sensory class was beautiful, all staff are very friendly and well trained. As soon as you come to the door you feel welcomed.

My son attended for 3 months and although his educators were very welcoming upper management was very unorganised, Muna was very unprofessional and often rude to staff on one occasion i caught her telling children to get up and putting lights on and yelling at a staff member. Kids would be changed with no cameras using the policy 4 eyes at all times however i caught my son being changed twice with one educator only. Kids would run around with no structure often mixed with all age groups educators often didnt know which class my child was in. Overall bad experience i notice alot of good reviews but i suggest you go and pay attention to the school before relying on reviews like i did.

Our son has just started at Eden Academy Footscray and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. It’s clear that they genuinely care about the children and take the time to understand each child’s needs. The environment feels nurturing, safe, and positive, and we already feel confident that our son is in wonderful hands. We’re very grateful to the amazing educators and staff and look forward to seeing our son grow and thrive here.

l did a tour today the lady was absolutely gorgeous who showed me around. Mona was a real gem helping fill out my enrolment cant wait for my baby to start.

This is my personal experience at Eden Academy Footscray.<br>Muna treats staff in a very unprofessional and harsh way. Her communication is often rude, dismissive, and makes people feel uncomfortable. I strongly believe this is unacceptable behavior for anyone working in early childhood education.<br>Theresa is kind and professional, but it seems she does not take action regarding her assistant’s behavior.<br>Students doing their placement are often ignored and undervalued. Most of the time, they are only used as cleaners instead of having their time and learning respected. From my experience, the environment can be emotionally challenging and discouraging.<br>In conclusion, I believe the leadership should seriously reflect on their actions. If you have the opportunity to do your placement here, I would advise against it—it can be a very difficult and unpleasant experience.
