My son has been attending Eden for about a year and a half now and we absolutely love it! The kindness and care provided by the educators in nursery and the toddler rooms is incredible and completely over and above what I had anticipated. They listen and adapt to the many changes in routine, lots of great communication and almost every educator in the centre knows my child’s name. Staff retention is fantastic and so we have never been concerned about messages getting lost. The facilities and extra activities offered to all age groups are also brilliant. State Government Approved Programs
With a holistic focus, the program at Eden Academy ensures the children grow in all areas of their development. This includes social, emotional, physical and cognitive skill development.
Nature is an important part of the program, teaching the children to respect and care for the environment. The children learn how vegetables grow and enjoy nature play activities. They understand the calm of spending time outdoors and enjoy all of nature’s creations.
Health and wellbeing is another focus of the program. The children learn about healthy eating and nutrition through the meals prepared by the centre chef. The centre also worked with allied health professionals, including speech pathologists, physiotherapists and occupational therapists, to ensure the children have every opportunity to thrive.
