My little one started his first daycare experience at Eden Academy Pakenham and the staff have been wonderful. So kind and so patient with the babies. I love getting his updates which are so thoughtfully put together. The centre go above and beyond to make sure everyone has a good day. As a first time Mum who was very anxious about daycare they completely calmed my nerves and I’m very happy.

As a first-time mum, putting my toddler into daycare was extremely daunting and overwhelming. From the first day I toured the centre, the staff were absolutely fantastic and so welcoming. My daughter has now been there for over seven months and is absolutely thriving. Everyone at the centre is so welcoming and kind. I cannot thank them enough for the support they have given my daughter and me.

we toured a heap of centres around our area and honestly nothing compared to Eden. the centre is gorgeous, clean and inviting. the team has been incredible in helping our little girl transition into her first childcare environment. we love it here, can’t wait to stay and watch our girl thrive 🌟

Some management team members were not friendly, however the educators were very friendly. There were several occasions where my child's clothes weren't changed after lunch time and the child was sleeping with old clothes.<br><br>Very spacious and clean.

Eden Academy Pakenham offers an exceptional experience for kids, with friendly, welcoming staff who truly care. We moved to the area and toured at least four other daycares, but Eden stood out. It was the only one we felt comfortable leaving our children at. They go above and beyond to provide engaging activities, unique learning opportunities, and personalised attention. The academy fosters a nurturing environment where every child feels valued and supported, ensuring their growth and happiness.

I toured about 10 different childcare’s around the area prior to enrolling my son at Eden academy and honestly nothing really compared. We have had a wonderful experience at Eden from the get go. My son had never been in childcare before and I was super nervous to start him in care as I had been a stay at home mum for 18 months so my son was accustomed to being home with me. From the minute I enrolled him I received nothing but kindness, support and professionalism from everyone. The center goes above and beyond for the children and parents everyday, the facilities are beautiful, the rooms are clean and homely. My son has settled in so well and developmentally he has been thriving. We are so grateful for the friendly educators and really think this center deserves more than 5 stars!
