⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Oh my God — what can I say about this amazing centre! Bernice is such a hands-on director with a wonderful, hardworking team of educators. Ms Janaiyah, Ms Sharni, Ms Imogen, and all the other lovely educators (whose names I might not spell correctly!) — you’re all doing an incredible job. The team takes so much initiative in engaging with the children and really getting to know them. My orientation with Ms Janaiyah was exceptional — she spent every minute of that hour learning about my child and understanding what she enjoys. To be honest, this is the best centre in Southwest Sydney, especially considering how poorly some others perform. This team stands out completely — they’re professional, loving, caring, and unbelievably hardworking. My child was previously traumatised from another centre, but Bernice and her team worked tirelessly to help her heal and feel safe again. Thanks to them, she now loves coming here — and I can finally focus on work without worry. @Bernice, you and your amazing team have made such a difference in our lives. Words can’t express how grateful I am. You are all truly exceptional! 💖

We are so happy to have found this centre! After leaving other centres due to high staff turnover and educators not always being present in the room, it’s been such a relief to find a place where the team is consistent, caring, and genuinely engaged. The staff here are bubbly, fun, and full of energy. They take the time to really get to know my daughter, and it’s clear they truly care about her wellbeing and happiness. I love seeing how excited she is to go each day — it says everything. We couldn’t be more grateful for the warmth, stability, and personal care this centre provides.

I cannot speak highly enough of Bernice and her team of educators. We moved from a centre that left us with a negative experience, a son who did not want to attend service and an overall unease of childcare and we have left with our hearts full of love and happiness. Bernice and the team took us on with extra attention and care and the same has continued throughout our time at the centre. My son made many friends and his educators were consistent throughout. We were welcomed into the center to participate in community activities and truly felt as though we were part of the process. Thank you Bernice and the wonderful educators of room 4.

Our daughter attended Macarthur Kids for a year, and I can't think of a better place where I would trust her care and development. From the moment we had our initial tour, I was impressed by how welcoming, well-organised, and nurturing the environment was—especially compared to other childcare centres we visited. The educators genuinely care for the children, and my daughter connected so well with them. She always came home happy and never had a bad word to say about any of her educators, which speaks volumes about their kindness and professionalism. Not only did our daughter feel happy and safe, but we also saw incredible growth in her confidence, communication, and social skills. The educators truly nurture each child’s strengths and interests. The activities and learning experiences at Macarthur Kids are thoughtfully planned, engaging, and age-appropriate. It was wonderful to see our daughter excited about what she learned each day. The centre is always clean, well-maintained, and provides a safe and stimulating environment for the children. The attention to detail in ensuring a high standard of care is commendable. What stood out the most was how prompt and proactive the team was in addressing any concerns or queries. Bernice, in particular, was always responsive and ensured that everything was handled efficiently. Knowing that the team truly listens and takes action gave us so much peace of mind. Transitions between rooms were handled so smoothly, making it easier for our daughter to adapt. The team kept us well-informed every step of the way, which made the entire experience stress-free for us as parents. I highly recommend Macarthur Kids to any parent looking for a safe, caring, and supportive environment for their child!

Leaving my daughter so I could return to work was one of the most daunting feelings. I choose Macarthur Kids after instantly feeling comfortable during our tour. This daycare goes above and beyond to accomodate the personal needs of a child, amazing communication and my daughter absolutely loves her time here. I can’t not fault anything about how well the centre is ran and the beautiful ladies that work here. I feel at ease when at work knowing she is in the best possible hands. Thank you for everything!

As far as daycares goes this one is ahead of the rest. From a parent with a child with special needs it’s hard to find somewhere you trust buy MacArthur kids is like a second home to our little one and the smiles every day make it much easier to send her here. Would highly recommend.

Exceptional Care and Service! We moved our daughter (who has intellectual disabilities) to Macarthur Kids Narellan from another centre and the staff have been exceptionally warm, friendly and welcoming to us each and every day. The time and energy they allow for our daughter is beyond words and we cannot thank them enough. The team are dedicated to the care of each child and make each day and fun and exciting experience no matter what the ability is of the child.
