Our family has been with this centre for over four years, and it’s the only daycare our children have ever attended. We have always had such a positive experience.<br><br>Both of my children absolutely love attending and are always excited to go each day, which says everything.<br><br>The educators genuinely care about the children and treat them with so much kindness, patience and respect. They build genuine relationships with the children and create such a warm, nurturing environment. They don’t just care for the children while they’re at daycare—they genuinely care about the families too. Recently, the manager even called to check on my daughter while she was unwell. It’s those little acts of kindness that really show how much they care.<br><br>The centre is always clean, welcoming and beautifully maintained. Communication with parents has been exceptional. I have always been contacted promptly about any incidents, even very minor bumps or falls where there wasn’t even a visible mark. That level of honesty and transparency gives me complete confidence that my children are safe and well cared for.<br><br>The app is updated regularly throughout the day, so I can see what my children have eaten, how they’ve slept, what they’ve been learning and the fun activities they’ve participated in. I also love seeing the photos and updates, which makes me feel connected to their day even while I’m at work.<br><br>The food is incredible! My children eat such a wide variety of healthy, nutritious meals at daycare, including so many fruits and vegetables and foods they would never usually eat at home. It gives me so much peace of mind knowing they’re eating such balanced meals every day.<br><br>The centre also provides so many wonderful learning opportunities. My children love helping to care for the vegetable garden and the chickens, and it’s lovely seeing them learn about where food comes from, caring for animals and taking responsibility in such a fun, hands-on way. These experiences are something really special and not something you find everywhere.<br><br>The resources, toys and learning environments are fantastic and always engaging. It’s clear the centre invests in providing high-quality experiences for the children.<br><br>After more than four years, I can honestly say I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this centre to any family looking for a caring, professional and trustworthy daycare. My son has attended Creative Garden Mount Annan full time since he was fifteen months old. I cannot speak highly enough for the care my son has received over the last three & a half years. The staff are kind, caring, trustworthy and supportive. My son has been thriving at Creative Garden and I would have no hesitation recommending the long daycare or preschool rooms.

We stumbled upon this daycare during our temporary stay at Mt Annan. Even though we moved suburbs, we have kept our son still in this daycare.<br>The educators are attentive, matured & care about a child’s manners, in addition to their growth.<br>We started with Echidnas room (2 years old), and are still happy (our kid is in 3-4 yrs old room).<br>Best part: our kid has learned to play independently, respects all cultures/ethnicities & has started to differentiate between good/bad stuff.<br>All thanks to Creative Garden Mt Annan.

We absolutely love this daycare and couldn’t be happier with the level of care my child receives. The backyard/play area is fantastic and such a great space for the kids to enjoy, my child especially loves being involved in the gardening. The manager is always approachable and supportive whenever I’ve needed to discuss anything. We’re so grateful to Sabrina and the teachers for displaying such a welcoming and caring environment.

Been sending my boy to daycare 5 days a week and, as hard as that is, I needed a daycare that felt like home while still operating safely and exceeding expectations in raising growing minds within a professional environment. I love how the kitchen has open arches where the children can watch food being prepared and smell the nutritious meals cooking throughout the day. I love how the backyard still feels like a backyard — updated, but not overly modern. I love the vegetable gardens and how they create little pathways and quiet spaces for the children to explore. Most of all, I love how the staff are consistent, familiar and genuinely know every child and parent. Watching my boy thrive here has made such a hard transition feel so much easier.

Creative Garden has made my daughter feel so welcomed in her first year at the center in 2026. It's her final year of daycare and I believe she is thriving in this new environment due to the staff recognising what her development needs are.

My daughter started here after a few months at a different centre and the difference in the environment was noticeable through my daughters excitement and happiness to be attending 2 days a week. She now looks forward to going and is very happy upon pick up, indicating she's had a great day. The staff are very understanding and helpful with my daughters speech and understanding delays and do their best to help encourage her without forcing her to do things she's not comfortable. I will be sending my second daughter when she's a bit older 😊

We have had such a wonderful experience with this preschool. The educators are caring, patient and genuinely invested in the children’s wellbeing and development. My daughter has grown so much in confidence, independence and happiness since attending here. The environment is warm, welcoming and fun, and it gives me so much peace of mind knowing she is supported and cared for every day. Communication with families is fantastic and you can really tell the staff love what they do. We are so grateful to have found such a beautiful preschool community and highly recommend it to other families.
