My daughter attended this daycare centre, but unfortunately, I was not happy with the way the director, Sabrina, handled several matters. On multiple occasions, I asked questions about gap fees and other important details, but she never provided clear answers and was quite arrogant in her responses.she didn't even respond to my email. During my daughter’s first few days,only 3 times, she experienced separation anxiety, which is completely normal. However, I was shocked to see the director roughly pull my daughter inside the centre while my daughter was crying, showing no care or compassion. I chose not to complain at that time because I didn’t want my child to face any issues while settling in.My daughter attended two days per week, and most days she came home very hungry, saying she didn’t eat much at daycare. I raised this concern, but I did not see any improvement. I started giving her enough food before drop-off and immediately after pick-up to ensure she wasn’t starving. Another disappointing issue was , I sent emails regarding my daughter’s needs and other concerns, but I never received any responses from the director. I only saw photos and updates through the app, not any important notifications as i didnt receive any email from the director. Because of this, we missed her graduation day, I couldn’t help but feel that perhaps we were treated differently because we are not white. I am from Sri Lanka, and I deeply respect all people regardless of their nationality. I especially honour the First Nations people of this country. Australia is a beautiful, multicultural nation, and every child deserves equal care and respect. I do want to acknowledge that a few educators at the centre were kind and caring toward my daughter. I hope the right educators received those gifts.I gave small gifts to express my gratitude and hope those educators continue their wonderful work. I also noticed another parent left a negative review, and I completely agree with her. I sincerely hope this centre improves its quality of care and ensures that all children are treated equally, with love and respect.

When the centre director Sabrina Syamando gives a 5 star review that means alot of these good reviews are fake/staff/friends to boost the rating from the bad ones. (If you can't find it, it's because she deleted it. Lol. G8 education and creative garden have bad media lately which is well deserved in my opinion. Just a giant profitable business who does not care about your babies wellbeing. Theres another here stating how miserable and rude the director is and that was my experience too. I gave them notice to unenrol fairly quickly due to bad vibes and my kids hating it immediately. My gut told me this isn't right. The first staff member to ever approach us came with no introduction and physically pulled my anxious toddler son from my arms and told me to leave so it will be easier. Pulling into the carpark the next visit i had both children crying at the sight of the place and begging not to go. One of which was previously super excited to start here but they quickly broke her trust by not allowing her to see her close bonded sibling and even scalding her for trying to look through the window at him It was night and day compared to the next centre we attended where my children were recognised and welcomed by friendly enthusiastic staff who had names and invited me to stay and we worked together to undo the trauma my son had from creative garden and sibling visits were encouraged to help feel safe and build trust. Of the 5 centres I've experienced between my 4 children, this is bottom of the rank by far.

1) Admission people said they have 4 days availability and yesterday when i visited with my son they said Admission people do not know the information. 2) Bad odour all over as they have Rabbit, in kids room which was so unhygienic and gross. 3) Dirtiest day care ever which I have seen in my life. Good luck to those parents who are sending their kids. 4) I wanted to give minus star to them and it should be reported

My daughter started at creative garden a few months ago and haven’t had any issues and have always felt comfortable with dropping her off as she is always happy and excited to start her day engaging with other peers and the resources. The girls in the room have always been lovely and helpful when I have had questions and always willing to help where they can. One little minor thing that I would like to see a little more improvement with is just seeing more photos of my child throughout the day!! I love just seeing different photos throughout the day of what she is doing even if there is no writing. Makes my day seeing her enjoy her day so would love if I could see more activities and messy play like painting etc. Overall have always said how beautiful the centre is and how lovely the educators are.

We are a new Creative Gardens family. I was quite nervous when I moved my boys having loved their previous centre but the team at Creative Gardens have been incredible and have really ensured a smooth transition. Every educator I have come across is fantastic. The children (especially in the preschool rooms) are lovely when interacting with new friends, which is a credit to the care and welcoming environment created for them, in which they reciprocate to new children. The centre is clean, and I love that the team keep me informed via the app of everything that occurs in their day. I love that my kids are in a shared yard too, meaning they can play together throughout the day.

Great centre with caring staff.

I had my child here just shy of six months and genuinely wasn’t very happy Whilst the girls in the nursery are lovely people they genuinely didn’t seem to know much of what was going on My child on numerous occasions in the yard wasn’t in eye shot of teachers and shewas under two The first five weeks wasn’t offered any alternative if she didn’t eat lunch and on numerous occasions also wasn’t given there bottle Also noticed how the rooms smelt quite musty and dirty and had a telling pong to them every time we entered ( not just a baby poo pong either ) I watched babies be left to cry alone instead of being cuddled and on numerous occasions found my child outside with plastic or wooden tiny little toys in there mouth. That they could’ve choked on Whilst most staff were welcoming the centre director never made me feel as though my business was wanted or needed and genuinely looked miserable on more than a handful of occasions Not to mention how my child constantly came home with bleeding nappy rash which they’ve never had before and don’t ever get at there new centre ? Goodluck sending your kids here As someone that works in the sector i saw things that shouldn’t happen and wonder how other s haven’t clicked on either It’s disappointing as the reviews are good but clearly some false

Our time at Creative Garden was, unfortunately disappointing. What stood out the most was the lack of genuine passion from many of the educators. Drop offs and pick ups often felt cold and rushed. No smiles, no warm greetings, and rarely any communication about how our children were going. We were never asked how our kids had been, how we were doing, or made to feel like our family truly mattered. It became especially clear that there was a lack of understanding and support for children with additional needs. There was little curiosity, compassion, or willingness to assume competence, and that was incredibly disheartening. We barely got any photos of our neurodivergent child and he often wasn’t involved in group activities. Even during our other child’s final weeks, the disconnect was obvious. We didn’t receive a single photo or piece of artwork in the last two weeks and on his last day, despite us providing a cake to share, there was no acknowledgment, no photos, and no effort to make it special. It felt like he was just another number, not a child who had spent so much time in their care. Since moving to a new centre, we’ve experienced what real early childhood care looks like… warm, inclusive, and full of energy. Drop offs have gone from being anxiety inducing to something we actually enjoy. The difference is night and day. What’s been especially touching is how often the new educators compliment our children, calling them a joy to have, noticing their strengths, and building real relationships with them and us. It’s something we never experienced at Creative Garden, and it has made us realise how important that connection truly is. We’re so relieved to have left and only wish we had done it sooner.

I have had 2 kids go through this centre and I can safely say I feel happy and safe with all the staff and within the centre it’s self . My kids are always happy to go and that tells me they feel safe to.
