After a difficult experience at our previous centre where my safety concerns weren’t taken seriously, enrolling my child at Goodstart Narellan Vale was the best decision we could have made.<br><br>From day one, the team put all of my worries at ease. Every educator greets us with a genuine smile and clearly cares about the children in their care. Their communication is always open, honest and consistent, which gives me so much confidence knowing my child is in safe hands.<br><br>One thing that really stands out is the low staff turnover. Seeing the same familiar, friendly faces each day has helped both my child and our family build strong, trusting relationships with the educators.<br><br>The team is always accommodating, approachable and willing to go above and beyond. I truly feel that my child is valued, supported and cared for every single day. I couldn’t recommend Goodstart Narellan Vale highly enough to any family looking for a nurturing and trustworthy early learning centre.

I had both my children attend Goodstart Narellan Vale and i can not recommend them highly enough. All the staff are so dedicated to the children and it always shows. The centre has such a welcoming vibe, my kids would run inside at drop off and i knew they were in safe hands all day. The low staff turn over was a bonus as we always had the same similar faces for years my kids became so comfortable and built amazing relationships. The educators felt like family. Can not fault the centre at all! xx

We have been at Goodstart Narellan Vale for the past 4 years and I highly recommend them to everyone. I am an ex childcare worker myself and when looking for places for my son 4 years ago, Goodstart was the one centre I felt most comfortable sending my child to. The staff at the centre, from Sophie the director, the key educators in my children’s room to casual staff are all so welcoming and attentive. They know each child by name and the care they provide for them is outstanding. They are constantly going above and beyond to ensure children are safe, happy and engaged. They have all been consistent and familiar faces over the last 4 years as most educators have been at the centre for 5-25 years with no high turnover of staff like most other childcare centres which I think speaks for itself showing what a great centre this is. I am so grateful for the way they have supported both my children over the years with my son now going off to big school. Thankfully my daughter still has a few more years for us to remain in the centre. It will be sad to leave this amazing place in the future.

From the start Goodstart Narellan have been welcoming and accommodating! We were stuffed around at another centre and Goodstart were able to assist even though that meant split between 2 centres , and eventually we were able to make the transition to their centre ! My child has absolutely thrived here and has made solid connections with staff and other children within the centre. My 2nd child has just started and I look forward to seeing both my kids grow this next year. The staff across all rooms are friendly and always greet my child by name and with a smile. Many of which have 5, 10,15+ years service within the center.

My son attended for a couple of years before starting school. They were very accomodating for his extra energy he had and took very good care of him. Staff were excellent. Food always smelled delicious.
