I couldn’t be happier with this daycare! The teachers are absolutely amazing - so caring, attentive, and genuinely invested in the children. My kids constantly talk about how much they love their teachers, which says everything. The communication is excellent, and everything is always handled so efficiently, which gives me real peace of mind. My kids have such a great time every day, and it’s lovely to see them building positive friendships with their peers too. The coordinators are also incredibly kind, respectful, and welcoming - it really shows in the overall environment. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a nurturing and well-run daycare

I would recommend all parents who have a child attend there to go past during the day and listen to the constant cries that come of this place. I’ve reported this place a number of times to Dep of Ed and I know at least one staff was fired for their conduct that was witnessed. I’m curious if they have cameras for security and for parents to review? Parents please check their record before sending your child here. Edit to your response - the incident of your staff pulling and shoving the little girl who was unable to brush the sand off her feet about a 1.5 years ago was witnessed and reported to dep of ed, your senior team was spoken directly by the witness, so you must be aware. Your staff can be heard throughout the day shouting at the kids, things like “get here now” and making remarks about children to other staff, leaving them locked outside when they’re trying to go inside. Not a place I’d send my child. I do wonder if you have cameras??

As I sit here reflecting on how big my son is and how much he has grown I can’t help the overwhelming feelings that rush through me. Jayjay start at Good Start Gordon street and the only thing he could say was mum (he was all of 1.5-2). We had big concerns around his speech and because of it he would get really angry and throw things across the room and at teachers. I had made the decision to place at this kindy because my mum said it was such a great kindy and they focus heavily on development. So I quickly made moves and he was in. I had received a call one day to say he wasn’t very happy and that I would need to come and collect him. I was in my last legs and felt like there was no way out and that I wasn’t sure what to do anymore. Caroline sat with me as I held Jayjay rocking him and telling her about who is as a person and what a loving boy he is, and that he jsut can’t speak and he gets really angry that he can’t communicate. We came up with plan and from thst day we never looked back. Jayjay has come a long way and it breaks my heart yet again knowing this is his last week before going to Prep. The kindness and positive nature of this centre will forever be etched into my heart. From warm welcomes to big, loud truly caring goodbyes in the afternoons to stories of what mischief he got up to during the day to positive stories of what he learnt and how enchanted he was, is truly something that I love about this centre. I can not thank any of you enough for the patience, kindness each of you have shown towards Jayjay and our family. I don’t want him to finish here but know that you have all done all that you can and that he is ready. Jayjay definitely lives and breathes the core values of this centre, patience, kindness, learning, laughter and manners. Each interaction, each connection, each oh no moment, each wow I’m proud moment I will forever hold in to. Thank You all at Good Start Early Learning for everything you have done for us ❤️❤️❤️ One more week of Jayjay 🤣❤️❤️

My child looks forward to coming to the centre every day and often says, “Five more minutes!” when it’s time to go home. The educators are incredibly friendly and patient, and they interact with the children so warmly. They always encourage the children to join in and try new activities, and there are so many engaging learning experiences each day. My child often comes home excited to share what they did and learned. The educators are professional and caring, and the centre is clean, comfortable and well organised. We are very happy with our experience and would highly recommend this centre!

We couldn’t have chosen a better centre for our little one to learn and grow. We know when we drop our daughter to the centre she is safe and loved all day long. Every team member is so kind and caring. A small centre where everyone knows everyone and the care goes beyond the centre as they also supported us with our youngest baby before he could even start. Our daughter has joined this centre in August 2024, It was her first time attending kindy. She settled in well and built strong bonds with her educators which shows how incredible they are and how interactive they are with the children. All educators are very friendly, caring, welcoming and communication is easy. Definitely would recommend this place!

i had two my kids there,the kids love it the staff are amazing,the school is very clean ,the food is good my daughter eat the food there more than home.over all i want to thank all the staff for the wonderful 4 years that my kids passed there .thank you so much for my bottom of my heart
