It’s clear the educators genuinely try their best, despite the language barriers from all staff. Unfortunately, the centre itself suffers from ongoing operational issues that ultimately affect its ability to provide the standard of care and support parents would reasonably expect for their child. Frequent management changes, high staff turnover and a reluctance to address concerns in a clear and appropriate manner made it difficult to feel confident that issues were being effectively managed. The most concerning issue was an ongoing situation where another child was repeatedly hurting my daughter. While I appreciate that managing challenging behaviours can be complex, I felt there was insufficient support, communication, and action from management to address the situation and ensure my daughter’s safety and wellbeing. As a result, she became afraid to attend the centre, which had a significant impact on her confidence and ability to learn and enjoy her time there. Giving 2 stars because the educators themselves clearly care and do their best despite the challenges around them.

My children had a wonderful time at the Farmhouse Early Learning Center. They especially loved the jungle walk and dancing with Miss Stacy. Visiting the elderly at the aged care center also taught them the importance of empathy and caring for others. Farmhouse may not be a large daycare center, but it is truly a place full of love and warmth. Every time you see the educators, they greet you with a big smile. My kids have attended several daycare centers, and this is the one they loved the most. At Farmhouse, it's not just about learning how to read or write. It’s also about learning kindness, sharing, and caring for others. Even my older child, who is now in primary school, still enjoys visiting the center to see her younger friends and former educators. To me, the educators are not just teachers—they are like family and friends. That’s how I feel about this special place. To conclude, I’d like to share a sentence from my children that perfectly sums it up: “This is the best school ever!” (Note: I often refer to the daycare as "school" when speaking to my children.)

Nothing but the most amazing experience with Farmhouse Early Learning. I have put both my children through here since babies and my youngest is still attending. Most caring teachers who he values and have been a big part of his life and growth. I love thhe emphasis on outdoor play with gardens, chickens and rainforest adventures. 🌿Farmhouse Childcare is a Little Gem!🌿 From the moment we arrived, we felt the warmth and care that makes Farmhouse so special. The staff are incredibly friendly and treat every child with kindness and respect. My child was shy and scared at first but the staff made her feel safe and secure. What we love most is the nature-based approach — the kids spend their days exploring outdoors, playing in the garden, and learning through nature. It’s the perfect mix of fun, freedom, and gentle guidance. 💚🌼🐞

Farmhouse Early Learning Centre is such a warm and welcoming place! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with friendly smiles and a genuine country charm that makes you feel right at home. The educators are caring, attentive, and truly go above and beyond to create a nurturing environment for the children. You can really feel the strong sense of community here. Highly recommend for families looking for a centre with heart and a homely feel!

Absolute shameful and utter disgrace of a kindergarten. My son has endured constant physical, verbal and mental abuse by the same child for months. No incident reports, empty promises and educators who deflect and pass blame. My son now has permanent scarring on his body from constant injuries inflicted by a child that should have been removed a long time ago. Would not recommend this kindy at all.

Farmhouse has a great community feel and nurturing learning environment. The educators are fabulous, always have a smile on their face and you feel that they genuinely care about your children. The friendly atmosphere has helped us to build relationships with some of the other families at Farmhouse. The outdoor space is lovely and the chickens are a fun feature.
