Our family has been with Imagine since 2022, and we cannot recommend the centre highly enough. The educators and staff have always been caring, supportive, and welcoming, creating a safe and nurturing environment for our children. We have watched our children grow in confidence, develop new skills, and thrive during their time at the centre. We absolutely love this childcare centre. After experiencing several issues at another centres, we made the decision to move our son here and couldn’t be happier with our choice. Sharon, and her senior management team is truly exceptional. Sharon is accommodating, genuine, approachable, and always willing to help find solutions whenever needed. We initially left due to moving to a different area, but returned because we simply weren’t as happy elsewhere. Although it means a longer commute for us, it is absolutely worth it to see our son settled, happy, and thriving. Not going to lie, I’m a bit of a clean freak, and the cleanliness of this centre really stands out. It’s exceptionally well-organised, systematic, and always spotless compared to other centres we’ve attended. The centre continuously invests in creating engaging learning experiences for the children. The recently introduced science room is a fantastic addition. Our son loves exploring and discovering new things, and this hands-on environment is wonderful for supporting children’s curiosity, learning, and development. There events are well organised and amazing. The educators are professional, caring, and highly experienced. They genuinely understand children’s needs and create a nurturing environment where children can grow with confidence. As working parents, we also greatly appreciate the centre’s communication and reporting system. It is simple, informative, and keeps us well updated on our child’s day and progress. We are incredibly grateful for the care, dedication, and support provided by the entire team and would highly recommend this centre to any family looking for high-quality childcare.

Our child attends Imagine Childcare Southport 5 days a week, and we couldn't be happier with the care and support they receive. Imagine Childcare and Kindergarten is a beautiful centre that truly ensures that our boys are well supported and cared for. The educators are incredibly nurturing and identify ways to enhance our boys learning through identifying their interests which we love. A special mention to Lucy and Kat - they are one in a million and we are so grateful for their support.

My son has been going to Imagine in Benowa for almost two years now and it's been the best decision ever. After having been to a different centre, i could really tell the difference in terms of quality care,education resources/facilities,staffing and professionalism. I feel like all educators are caring and do their best to keep my child happy and feel welcomed every day. During his time there,my child's language has also grown in leaps and bounds, which is great to see, as at home we speak a different language. As a parent i feel confident that my child has a good time and learns every day and is not just looked after. All my concerns have also been taken seriously by the management and addressed promptly. All in all, i would totally recommend this centre to anyone.
