I’m so glad we chose Imagine Childcare & Kindergarten Southport for our children.<br><br>Both of my kids attend this centre, and they have completely different personalities, learning styles, and abilities to adapt. The teachers here genuinely care for each child as an individual. Compared to other childcare centres we have experienced, the level of care, patience, and understanding they show is exceptional. They are incredibly accommodating of each child’s differences while still maintaining clear expectations and guidance.<br><br>Although the fees are a little higher than some other childcare centres, I truly believe it is worth every dollar. Everyone at the centre—from the front desk staff, the teachers, to the kitchen team—is warm, friendly, and welcoming.<br><br>I would especially like to thank Centre Director Sharon and Miss Emma. When my son showed some differences in his learning and adjustment compared with other children, they took the time to carefully observe him over a period of time, documented what they noticed, and then arranged a thoughtful discussion with me. I am incredibly grateful that they invested so much time and genuine care into understanding and supporting him. I think many parents will understand that this level of attention is not something you find at every childcare centre.<br><br>They made me feel that they truly care about every child’s wellbeing, development, and individual needs.<br><br>I couldn’t recommend Imagine Childcare & Kindergarten more highly. Our child had a wonderful experience at this centre. All of the educators and staff were warm, kind and welcoming.<br><br>A special thank you to Swati. She was always so friendly, quick to help, and made everything easy whenever I had a question. Her support really helped us settle in.<br><br>My child absolutely loved the snacks and lunches made by the cook. As a parent, knowing your child is eating well at daycare means a lot.<br><br>I also really appreciated how much the centre focused on hygiene, especially teaching the children to wash their hands properly. My child didn't get sick once while attending, which was amazing.<br><br>We only left because I changed jobs and the location was no longer practical for us. Otherwise, we would have happily stayed. We're very grateful for the care our child received and would definitely recommend this centre to other families.

We absolutely love this childcare centre. After experiencing several issues at another centres, we made the decision to move our son here and couldn’t be happier with our choice. Sharon, and her senior management team is truly exceptional. Sharon is accommodating, genuine, approachable, and always willing to help find solutions whenever needed. We initially left due to moving to a different area, but returned because we simply weren’t as happy elsewhere. Although it means a longer commute for us, it is absolutely worth it to see our son settled, happy, and thriving. Not going to lie, I’m a bit of a clean freak, and the cleanliness of this centre really stands out. It’s exceptionally well-organised, systematic, and always spotless compared to other centres we’ve attended. The centre continuously invests in creating engaging learning experiences for the children. The recently introduced science room is a fantastic addition. Our son loves exploring and discovering new things, and this hands-on environment is wonderful for supporting children’s curiosity, learning, and development. There events are well organised and amazing. The educators are professional, caring, and highly experienced. They genuinely understand children’s needs and create a nurturing environment where children can grow with confidence. As working parents, we also greatly appreciate the centre’s communication and reporting system. It is simple, informative, and keeps us well updated on our child’s day and progress. We are incredibly grateful for the care, dedication, and support provided by the entire team and would highly recommend this centre to any family looking for high-quality childcare.
