Everlearn is an excellent preschool with caring and genuine educators who love children. As a parent, I love the structured program which consists of a daily roatation of activities keeping my children occupied while they learn through play. It is truly an amazing centre that goes above and beyond!

We have been sending our children to this centre for the past 5 years and have generally been very happy with the quality of care. However, a recent experience has left us extremely disappointed.The centre is transitioning to a new online enrolment system. In their correspondence, they stated that the new enrolment form would go live on 20 July. Importantly, none of the reminders ever mentioned that our child would be refused care if the form was not completed in advance. These messages arrived during a very challenging time for our family — my wife had just given birth to our newborn, and I was overwhelmed trying to manage everything.This morning (15 July), I took my 2-year-old daughter for her usual session and was shocked to be turned away at the door. I was told she was no longer enrolled and could not attend until the new form was completed. I was left standing in the entrance with a crying toddler in my arms, in front of other parents and staff, frantically trying to complete the form on my phone. It would not submit — something the office manager, Ms Liz, acknowledged — yet I was still told they could not accept her under any circumstances. For them to reject a long-term, paying family five days before the new form was even due to go live, with no prior warning of the consequences, showed a real lack of empathy and consideration for our family circumstances. The inflexibility in that moment was upsetting and unnecessary.We value the relationships we’ve built over the years and hope the centre reviews how they manage this transition. Clearer communication about strict deadlines and consequences, along with some basic flexibility for established families, would make a big difference.

We were initially very anxious at the thought of putting our child into any form of early learning but as my return to work loomed, we narrowed down a few places to tour. Everlearn was my first tour and from the initial tour to even now, the vibe was unmatched.<br><br>My son started in their Navy room and whilst all separation and change is difficult, we were particularly worried because our child was only ever cared for by us and his grand parents. One of the many stand outs for the preschool is they cater to the emotional needs of their youngest room and the ratio is intentionally lower which is a huge stand out for the industry. By the third or so week there were no longer any tears from my son at drop off and this to me felt hugely significant because it showed us that our son had built a bond, he felt safe, happy and cared for.<br><br>Fast forward 1.5 years and my son is still at Everlearn and is thriving!! He talks about preschool on days he doesn’t attend and now at drop offs some days he forgets to give me a hug goodbye because he’s so excited to go in. This is a testament to the amazing educators and management of the preschool who all show genuine care and empathy for all children. The preschool is tight knit, every educator knows each child and vice versa.<br><br>Aside from the emotional stability they provide, the educators are steady, experienced and innovative and it shows in the way they run their curriculum. The program is dynamic and keeps the children engaged and having fun all day whilst also learning. The communication is excellent both in personal and via their app and I find they are very proactive in letting us know what’s coming up. They organize so many wonderful experiences for the children from reptile and farm animal visitors to extracurricular soccer programs and visits from recycle man superhero’s; there is always something on for our littles ones.<br><br>Amongst family and friends that I have spoken to about our child’s early learning journey, I have yet to come across someone who has had as good as an experience as we have had with Everlearn. Everlearn has genuinely become an extension of our village in caring for our child.<br><br>If you are looking for a place for your little one do not hesitate to pick Everlearn

Complete peace of mind with the amazing team at Everlearn. The beautiful staff here would always welcome us with such warmth and friendliness. They express genuine care for the children with thoughtful program design to help them learn and grow. They also implement measures to ensure children stay safe. My daughter is happy at Everlearn with the teachers and friends. She has learned so much and gradually developed her confidence compared to a shy and tearful child on day 1 when she had to transition and settle into new environment at day care. Much appreciation to the Everlearn team for making time at day care enjoyable.

Don't go here...unless you want your kid to thrive! Honestly, we spent months finding the right fit for our little one, finally found Everlearn and my goodness, where to begin. We have not come across a single staff member who isn't LOVELY. They all feel like second parents to our little one. I really need whatever coffee they have to keep the energy and positive vibes up all day! After working in the sector many years ago, we had an extensive checklist of things we wanted for our kiddo in the centre we chose, and I can safely say Everlearn exceeds all expectations. We went through some serious separation anxiety when they first started and now, they skip through the door. The team has helped us bring up a lovely kiddo that is now thriving and vibing with their friends! We are so incredibly happy with this centre and cannot fault it at all.

The educators are very friendly and welcoming, and their positive energy is felt every day. The environment is clean and well-organized, which gives us great peace of mind. Most importantly, my child is happy and excited to go there every day. We truly appreciate the care and dedication of the staff.

Both my children have attended Everlearn Preschool Prestons — my daughter in the past and my son who is still enrolled — and our experience has been excellent. The educators are caring, patient, and truly dedicated to each child’s learning and wellbeing. They communicate well with families and always make us feel included in our children’s progress. The centre is clean, organised, and full of engaging activities that help the kids grow socially and academically. My children have always felt safe, happy, and excited to go each day. I’m very grateful to the Everlearn team and highly recommend this preschool to any family looking for a supportive and nurturing environment.
