As a parent, I’ve had a wonderful experience with Young Achievers Early Learning Centre Liverpool. The centre provides a warm and welcoming environment, and it’s clear that the educators are passionate about supporting each child’s learning and wellbeing. I would especially like to recognise Ms Kathy, the centre director. She is an incredible person with a heart of gold and truly cares for the children as if they were her own, always speaking gently and respectfully while guiding them with patience, kindness, and understanding. Ms Kathy also invests significantly in high-quality academic and learning resources that support children’s development and curiosity, creating a stimulating environment where they can learn, explore, and grow with confidence. I had a wonderful experience at Young Achievers Early Learning Child Care Center during my placement. It is a very nice and welcoming environment for children. The centre provides a safe, caring, and supportive space where kids can learn and grow happily. The Director and Supervisor are very kind, supportive, and professional. They guide staff and students really well. All the staff members are friendly, helpful, and always ready to support each other. I truly enjoyed my placement here and would highly recommend this centre to families looking for quality early childhood education and care.

Very grateful that the owner, Ms. Kathy, accepted our boy and let him stay despite being handful at times. She communicates with us whatever she thinks would help our son progress more and connects us to people that could help us on my son's needs and to have a smooth transition to the big school. The educators are lovely too. They look after the kids very well and we could see that our son enjoyed his stay there. My husband and I are very thankful.

From my very first day until the completion of my practicum, their professionalism, kindness and hospitality made me feel valued and respected. The centre operates with a strong commitment to both the development of children and the expectations of parents for safety, security and quality care. As a male educator, I initially faced challenges due to public concerns arising from an unfortunate incident in Melbourne that had cast doubt over male educators. However, Miss Kathy Memovic offered unwavering support. She took the time to reassure parents that their children remained in safe hands, emphasising that the actions of one individual do not define all men in the profession. More importantly, she demonstrated this trust through her leadership and actions throughout my placement. This experience provided me with invaluable opportunities to strengthen my professional skills in technical tasks, documentation and deepening my ability to connect and empathise with children. As a father of three, I can confidently say that I would enrol my own children at Young Achievers ELC. This is not simply because I completed my practicum there. It is because I personally witnessed the high standard of care and education the centre provides. With its own chef ensuring balanced and healthy meals and meals being properly prepared for children with allergies and medical conditions, the centre goes above and beyond in meeting children’s needs. The curriculum is also closely aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework, guaranteeing that every activity meaningfully supports children’s learning and development. Overall, my time at Young Achievers ELC was a profoundly positive and enriching experience. I was not treated merely as a student but as a valued member of the team, which allowed me to grow significantly as a professional during my placement. Thank you to the entire team and management at Young Achievers ELC for an unforgettable and formative experience.
