I recently enrolled my 15 months old baby at The Cottage on Kerrs, Lidcombe, and I’m really happy with my choice. The location is perfect—just across the road from my home, which makes it super convenient. It’s been three weeks now, and I started with one day a week and slowly increased to two days. My baby has settled in well, and I can see he is happy here. The educators are wonderful, especially Ms Roja, who is very friendly and caring. My little one always looks comfortable and cheerful with her. The centre doesn’t have a lot of space to play, but it’s still a very nice, warm, and caring environment. Thank you to the whole team for your great service and for making my baby’s transition to childcare so smooth.

The Cottage on Kerrs is where my kids learn, acquire knowledge and enjoy their early years of learning. It is a great place for my children, the directors and educators are also great and easy to communicate with. My children come home excited to share what they've learned every day. I've seen so much growth in their confidence and social skills.

This early learning centre is truly exceptional, with outstanding management and highly skilled staff. My kids absolutely love it and enjoy every moment of their day here. It’s more than just childcare; it’s a nurturing nest for generations to come.

I can't sing enough praises for this incredible childcare centre! From the moment we walked in, we knew we had found a special place. The warmth and love that radiates from the staff and the environment is truly wholesome. It's clear that this is a family-run business, and they treat every child like one of their own. Both of my boys have thrived here - my oldest has been attending since he was 1 year old and is now turning 4, and his little brother started at 1 year old. The care and attention they receive is exceptional. The staff are dedicated, nurturing, and genuinely invested in my children's development and happiness. What sets this centre apart is the thoughtful and meaningful experiences and activities they provide. From art projects to music sessions, outdoor play to cooking classes, every moment is an opportunity for growth and exploration. I can't say enough positive things about this childcare center! From the moment I toured the facility, I knew it was the perfect place for my 2 and 4 year old. It is a family-owned business and I believe that this attributes to the warm and nurturing ambience of the service. My children's teachers are genuinely caring and patient. I'm constantly amazed at how much both of my children have grown in their time here. Highly recommend!

My son is 18years old now.. We used to live in Licdombe 10 years ago. I had a really bad memories when my son was in this childcare..I put him when he was 3.5 years old. First week my son had bruise around his eye and arms. I asked what happen to the teacher and manager didn't responded me at all. They just said, they played with other children in the playground. It didn't explain to me enough. Second, my son peed his pants, they didn't change his pants and sand from play ground sticked on his pants. Third problem, I went to pick him up around 3-4pm was afternoon snack time, teacher hold very cheap and dodge biscuits to the children without gloves. I was shocked that they are not following the rules. I used to work in childcare before. This childcare is really really unpleasant for my experience. Sometimes, I drove pass this childcare, I got angry easily. I was seriously thinking to sue them at that time. I hope they get better now.
