We feel incredibly lucky to have Mama Jin caring for our child at Homebush Guardian. From the very first day, she has shown such genuine warmth, patience, and attentiveness. You can truly see how much she loves what she does — the children are always smiling around her, and she creates a calm, nurturing environment where they feel safe and supported. Mama Jin takes the time to understand each child’s personality and needs, and she communicates with parents thoughtfully and consistently. I’m always amazed at the creative activities she prepares, helping the kids learn, explore, and grow with confidence. Our little one has blossomed so much under her care! Homebush Guardian is incredibly fortunate to have someone as dedicated and caring as Mama Jin on their team. We couldn’t recommend her — and the centre as a whole — more highly to any family looking for a place where their child will be genuinely cherished and supported.

A little late, but it had to be said thank you Guardian Homebush. Our Daughter started with you at just 6 months old and from day one it felt like her second home. Mama Jin, Hannah and the entire nursery team you’ve cared for her with such love and dedication. She’s grown, learned, and thrived under your guidance. We’re truly sad to have moved away from the area and had to change daycare. I can only hope her new centre will care for her as beautifully as you all have these past 6 months. My daughter has been attending this childcare centre for a month now, and I can honestly say this place instils such confidence in me leaving my child there. In Nursery class, she is one of the younger ones there and over the weeks I can see she is adjusting well and enjoys the company of the educators and children. Mama Jin, Hannah, and the team are so caring and experienced, gives detailed updates of her day there, and always happy to hear my questions or concerns. I want to thank you the whole team for looking after my daughter well, and if anyone has any doubts in sending your child there, please don't!

The only reason I recommend Guardian Homebush is because of the special educators who make a real difference. I especially want to thank Jenny- her kindness and genuine love for the kids truly stood out. The centre has solid programs and good facilities that support learning and development well. That said, I do think the management could be more visible and professional in their communication and presence—it would make a noticeable difference.

Homebush has always held a special place in our family's heart. What truly distinguishes the centre is its team of dedicated core educators, many of whom have been there since the beginning. A special mention goes to Miss Jenny—my son still speaks fondly of her to this day. If there is one area for improvement, it would be in the professionalism and communication of the centre’s management team.

We have been with Guardian Homebush for many wonderful years, with both of our boys attending from Nursery through to Preschool. From the very beginning, our experience was defined by the warm, nurturing, and highly experienced educators, especially Mamma Jin, who has been a pillar of the centre for over 10 years. Mamma Jin and other educators weren’t just teacher, but they were family. Even after our boys moved on to school, we continued to visit during school holidays. It became a special ritual for our children to come back and reconnect with their very first teacher and the educators who meant so much to them. We were heartbroken to hear that Mamma Jin is leaving, along with other educators. They were so good people who made this childcare feel like a second home. Because of them, we kept returning, and we’ve always recommended this to our friends. Unfortunately, with the departure of so many incredible educators, we no longer feel the same confidence in referring others to the centre. We truly hope Guardian Homebush recognises the importance of retaining long-term, passionate educators like Mamma Jin, who have such a profound and lasting impact on children and families.

My son has been studying here for several months and he’s in Early learning room. The facilities and environment are clean and cozy. The educators are really full of responsibility. They treat my kid with love, care and patience so that I can work without worries. I really appreciate Ms.Faiza, Ms.Marufa, Ms.Puja and Ms.Alice Chen. They always welcome us warmly and try to enrich the classroom content as much as possible every day. Ms.Marufa always gives feedback on one day after school. They are trying their best! These best teachers also make this kindergarten the best kindergarten in my heart.

Both of my kids attended this childcare facilities, and I have to say, teachers there are very helpful and supportive. They are amazing individuals, especially teacher Jenny , warm hearted, love kids and always enthusiastic , always. The reason why I did not give full stars , is for the whole center admin management. Hope it can be better-managed in the future, because they really have a wonderful team of the teachers.
