We couldn’t be happier with the care our son is receiving at Guardian Moorabbin. Since joining the nursery early this year, he has come leaps and bounds in his development and I have no doubt that has been helped along by the amazing team at the centre, in particular Nahi and Mandii. They do a wonderful job engaging the kids in a range of daily activities which our son absolutely loves. Couldn’t recommend more highly to families in the area.

Health and Nutrition

Health and Nutrition

We believe in nutrition for life, supporting children to develop healthy eating habits from an early age. Qualified Chefs and Cooks in our centres create fresh and nutritious meals each day, using seasonal, high-quality ingredients that align with Australian Dietary Guidelines.

Meals are designed to be delicious, introduce children to diverse flavours, and make eating healthy food a positive experience.

Managing allergies and intolerances is part of how we keep mealtimes safe and enjoyable. Every child’s needs are carefully tracked, meals are supervised by permanent educators, and allergens are strictly controlled.

Beyond providing wholesome food, we use mealtimes as learning opportunities. Children practice independence by serving themselves and engaging in conversations about food, building confidence and understanding of healthy choices.

We have been part of the Guardian Moorabbin family for over four years, and it has been a wonderful experience for our family.

Our daughter’s transition from home to childcare was almost seamless. She thrived under the care of educators such as Sharmalee, Nisha, Aashima, Natalie, and many others over the years. Through the centre’s learning and development programs, she achieved countless milestones and reached major personal goals, including walking, toilet training, transitioning away from naps, and developing her language skills. The supportive, structured, and nurturing environment played a significant role in her growth and development.

Our son’s transition from full-time home care to childcare has been more challenging. Illness, separation anxiety, and other factors made it difficult for him to attend consistently during his first few months. Despite this, Neha and Mandii have worked tirelessly to create a caring, reassuring environment where he feels safe, secure, and happy. As a working mother juggling many responsibilities, it provides immense peace of mind knowing my son is in the hands of trusted and capable educators each day.
Neha and Mandii go above and beyond in their communication, particularly during difficult morning drop-offs. Whether through photos and updates via the app or a thoughtful courtesy call, they provide comfort and reassurance that is greatly appreciated as a parent. The educators also tailor routines to each child, carefully introduce new experiences, and adapt their approach to meet individual needs while encouraging ongoing growth and development.

Overall, Guardian Moorabbin has consistently demonstrated excellent communication, flexibility, and a genuine commitment to supporting families. The team has always been accommodating with schedule changes, casual day requests, and our family’s detailed dietary requirements. Despite the natural staff changes that come with any long-standing centre, the culture at Guardian Moorabbin has remained warm, welcoming, and inclusive. Given that such an important part of our children’s formative years has been spent here, that sense of community and care means a great deal to our family.

We are incredibly happy with our experience at Guardian Moorabbin and deeply grateful for the care, dedication, and support shown by the educators and wider team over the years.

Thank you to all the educators who have played such an important role in our children’s early years, helping them feel safe, supported, and confident while nurturing their growth and development. Watching both of our children thrive in such a warm, inclusive, and caring environment has been truly reassuring as parents. We highly value the relationships we have built with the team and would wholeheartedly recommend Guardian Moorabbin to other families seeking a high-quality early learning experience.

Our son has absolutely thrived at Guardian Moorabbin, and we couldn't be happier with the care and support he's received. As parents, it's incredibly important to know that he's happy, comfortable and genuinely enjoys going each day. We've loved watching him build real friendships with both the other children and the educators, which has made his time there so special.

A special thank you to Angie and Mandii, who have been exceptional educators. Their kindness, patience and genuine care have given us complete peace of mind, knowing our son is in such capable and caring hands. They have played such an important role in helping him grow in confidence and flourish.

We started sending our son to Guardian Moorabbin in March, although the first couple weeks was challenging, Neha and Mandi at Nursery kept us informed and ensured us that our worries were normal and our child was developing according to plan. Did not take long before he moved up to the Toddler room and loving it! Thank you, Gunjan and the rest of the team at Guardian Moorabbin, we will definitely recommend your centre to family and friends!

After moving from Brisbane, we visited a few daycare centres in the area, but as soon as we walked into Guardian Moorabbin, it just felt like a welcoming community. The staff are always so friendly and caring and you can tell they genuinely love what they do. Our little girl settled in so well, which meant the world to us during such a big transition. Since starting at Guardian, we’ve watched her confidence, friendships and little personality grow so much with the guidance and support of the incredible educators. We’re so grateful to have found such a beautiful centre and highly recommend Guardian Moorabbin to any families looking for a nurturing and supportive daycare.
