We have had such a good experience here! The staff are very welcoming, professional, friendly and respectful.<br>My daughter had been attending for 3 years and loves coming here. She is now in the kinder class and gets to do a great variety of educational activities plus fun play with friends.<br>My 1 year old son recently started in the nursery room and the staff have been so accommodating. They’ve kept me really informed about how he is settling in.

As a mother, I am so worried about leaving my girl at school. It’s never easy to hand over your little one to someone else, especially when they’re still so young. I constantly wonder if she’ll feel safe, supported, and happy while I’m away. But thanks to her wonderful teachers, Niharika and Faye, those worries have slowly started to ease.<br><br>Both Niharika and Faye have made a significant positive impact on her learning journey, and I wanted to share my appreciation.<br><br>Niharika has been an outstanding skill developer for the kids. She has a remarkable ability to identify each child's strengths and gently nurture them through engaging, hands-on activities. She makes learning feel exciting and achievable, turning everyday lessons into opportunities for real skill-building. Her patience and personalized approach have helps the kids to discover new talents and enjoy the process of learning. I am So thankful for her dedication!!<br><br>Faye creates such a warm and positive atmosphere in the classroom , She is incredibly cool, approachable, and brings a refreshing energy that makes children feel safe, valued, and motivated. Faye has a special gift for building a supportive environment where kids feel encouraged to express themselves, collaborate with peers, and develop emotionally. Her positive reinforcement and fun personality have helped my daughter build a genuine love for coming to class. My 14 month old recently started in the Nursery room at Guardian and I have nothing but great things to say about the centre. The staff are all so lovely and genuinely have the children’s best interests at heart. I have the utmost trust in them caring for my child, they were really patient helping him settle in and he is now super happy going there.

A huge thank you to the amazing team at Essendon! I want to give a very special shout out to Carol, Quynh and Anu, who do an incredible job running the nursery room. Their patience, warmth and genuine care for the children truly shines through every day. The way they support and nurture the little ones is so reassuring as a parent. They have settled my little boy so beautifully, and it makes us incredibly proud and happy to see him confidently engaging and joining activities. It’s also the small, thoughtful things that really stand out, like rinsing the children’s water bottles after lunchtime to make sure they have clean water for the rest of the day. These simple acts speak volumes about the level of care and attention they provide. We feel so lucky to have such a dedicated and compassionate team looking after our child. We’ve had a wonderful experience with Guardian. The team is caring, supportive, and consistent. Jessica has always been our favourite, patient, caring, and loved by all the kids. Kym is a fantastic kinder teacher, Wendy’s cooking makes the little ones so happy, and the whole team has been amazing. Josie is a kind and helpful centre manager. The whole team works hard and truly cares for the kids. Highly recommended!

Nothing but positive to say. This was our child's first childcare experience, while she took a while to get used to it, the support from the educators was outstanding. She's grown more confident, independent and looks forward to going to the care. We could tell she truly enjoyed her days as she'd come home and pretend to eat, play and even nap just like she did at the centre. If we weren't moving away, we would've continued without a doubt. Choosing Guardian was one of the best parenting decisions we made. Heartfelt thanks to Josie, Nui, Faye and the entire time for their care and warmth. My sons, Jaxon and Orlando, have been attending Guardian Childcare in Essendon — Jaxon for 2.5 years and Orlando for 1 year. From the moment we arrive each day, we’re always greeted with such warmth and excitement. The boys absolutely love going in and are always so happy to see their educators and friends. Over time, they’ve built strong and meaningful connections with their educators.. each one caring, patient, and genuinely invested in their growth and happiness. There’s one educator in particular who has made an incredible impact on both of them — Thomas. Thomas has gone above and beyond to support our boys individually. He always takes the time to share updates, insights, and important information about their progress, things that every parent values and appreciates. Jaxon has always felt especially comfortable with Thomas, particularly during drop-offs when settling in can be a little challenging. Thomas always has a calm and reassuring way of helping Jaxon feel at ease and confident in his environment. He has become not only a trusted educator but also a true friend and role model to the boys. It’s safe to say he’s their favourite! We’re so grateful for the nurturing, positive, and joyful environment the entire team provides. It gives us great peace of mind knowing our boys are surrounded by people who truly care about them every single day.
