Don’t send your kids here. My kid was here 3 days a week, get injured every week, or twice a week. And today, it was terrible.That’s just heart broken. Don’t risk yours kids, they just can’t took care of them.

We’ve had such a wonderful experience at Guardian Childcare Point Cook North! The educators are caring, attentive, and truly invested in every child’s growth and happiness. Our little ones have blossomed since starting here — gaining confidence, curiosity, and so many new skills. Guardian Point Cook North is a great place for children. As someone in education, I have high standards for the types of activities and learning opportunities for my child and the Staff at Guardian haven’t disappointed. Before enrolling my daughter, in fact before the tour, I was about to witness how some of the staff interact with children without them knowing who I was. I saw Becky offer help to a young child in the yard who had just started crying – her response time was under 1 minute. Becky assessed the situation that quickly and as a parent that immediately made me feel confident in the centre. Since being at Guardian my daughter has had Becky, Lili, Sam, Ritu, Melba and Ayesha and all these lovely ladies haven’t disappointed. The activities they carefully plan are fun and engaging – I can tell my daughter loves them with the beautiful smiling photos on Story Park daily. All of these ladies have provided clear handover at the end of the day and listen to any requests or concerns. In the morning, at drop-off staff who don’t work in my daughters room, greet her by name and it is obvious that they know her and she is comfortable with them. Phuong is often present in the morning during drop off and the whether in the room or in the hallway she always makes an effort to say good morning to my child and check in with how she is going. It’s reassuring as a parent to see my child smile and obviously feel like she belongs even if is tries to hide the smile from Phuong. We really appreciate how much easier the morning are with all the support of staff and the work they do to help transition the kids in on the bad mornings. Joy, who is in the Kinder room, brings a bright and bubbly energy to the centre and has an amazing caring nature with the children. If you want your child to feel connected to a community and be ready for school, Joy is the kind of person you want. As a teacher, I love the little things that she embeds in her room to help the children get ready for school. All the staff members at Guardian Point Cook North are clearly visible and consistently engaged with the children.

I would like to thank Savi, Natasha, Sarah, Joy and Becki for their amazing support and overwhelming attitude. They are an asset to the centre. Their working style is highly professional and fantastically respectful. They create a comfortable and inclusive environment where team members feel comfortable sharing their ideas and feedback. Moreover, manager's way of handling everything smoothly in a professional way is simply outstanding. They make everyone feel valued and especially for the above mentioned educators, their working style with children is stupendously exceptional and motivating. They are truly a gem. Glad to have this wonderful experience with them.

I’ve completed my 1st placement (3-5 years age group) in the center and a big thank you goes to Chamarie and Savi for offering me this opportunity. Also My mentor Shubh, along with the other educators was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout this journey. On the other hand, the center had a warm and welcoming environment and filled with engaging learning spaces for the children. And it was well organized which created a positive atmosphere for both the children and the staff. I really appreciated the teamwork and the helpful guidance I’ve received. Thank you all for making my first placement a valuable and memorable experience!

The educators and staff are so supportive, warm and welcoming. My kids feel safe and love going to the school every time.
