​I am writing this review with a very heavy heart. For years, this center was the absolute "village" that every parent dreams of finding. The educators on the floor are incredible, deeply caring, and dedicated women who have loved and nurtured my children as if they were their own. I am forever grateful to the educators themselves. ​However, under the new management, that beautiful village has completely gone to ashes. There is a severe lack of transparency, communication, and genuine support for parents' concerns. Management has implemented a rigid, "one-size-fits-all" approach to their learning programs and excursions, running them on fixed days without adequately informing families in advance. Children who do not permanently attend on those specific days are systematically excluded from these vital learning opportunities and programs. ​During our discussions, management made it clear that this exclusionary practice is their standard operational framework moving forward, and they are entirely unwilling to adjust or accommodate. Instead of working collaboratively with parents to ensure all enrolled children get to participate equally in the center's programs, the new management relies on rigid policies and compliance as a shield. ​It is heartbreaking to see a place that used to feel like family become an environment where corporate compliance entirely overrides genuine care and parental input. Because of this complete shift in values and lack of support from the current management, we have made the decision to withdraw our children from the center.

Very disappointed – serious concerns about management and safety My child was injured while in care at Eden Academy Oak Park. What followed was even more concerning than the injury itself. We were given false and inconsistent information, and no incident report was provided, which is completely unacceptable for a childcare centre. Transparency and child safety should be the absolute priority. The site manager, Jack, handled the situation extremely unprofessionally. He avoided our calls and emails and failed to take responsibility or communicate appropriately with us as parents. Due to the seriousness of this matter, we have raised a formal complaint with the Department, and the issue is currently under investigation. Based on our experience, I would strongly caution parents and urge them to think very carefully before enrolling their child here. Child safety, accountability, and honest communication were clearly lacking in our case.

This centre is fantastic! The high standard is a true reflection of the incredible leadership team, Jack & Gin, who run it with such care and professionalism. The environment is always exceptionally presented and maintained to the highest OH&S standards, creating a safe and welcoming space for all children. The educators, including kitchen staff are all incredible! Always providing a positive, warm, and genuinely loving environment where children feel included, supported, and encouraged every day. Having both my children attend this centre 4 days a week (one now at school), I can confidently say they both absolutely love it here - so much so that my youngest never wants to leave at pick-up time! We feel very grateful to have found a centre where children are not only cared for but truly thrive. Thank you

I am a grandparent who has a very precious grandson attending Eden Academy and I couldn’t recommend this centre more highly. It is run professionally and the staff are extremely caring. Jack is amazing.

I highly recommend Eden academy. Jack and Gin are great management team. I was a previous placement student who first hand saw how engaged management was with the staff and children. The other educators in the centre were quite knowledgeable. This was such a great experience to be apart of this setting for placement. I would recommend families to take a tour of this setting.

I just love this Academy. Everyone is so friendly. The centre is spotless and the kids are always so smiley. My daughter has been thriving since joining the centre. Highly recommend this place.

We have been taking our daughter to Eden for the last 2 and half years and since Jack has taken over, the centre has been the most magical place! The staff are second to none. Both my daughters now go there, and one thing I love most is that the teachers have all grown up with the kids. Its the first centre I've found that doesn't swap and change over staff every two seconds, and this has really helped with my daughters confidence as she grows with her little besties and the same educators each year. Everyone is so nurturing, caring, and the communication is always so well put together. Its a true community vibe. The efforts they go to for all smaller get togethers (ie, petting zoo days, easter bonnet parades etc) are always SO inviting. So much effort goes into all the planning behind each event and we love that Jack the owner gets involved on all the activity days. The centre is always kept clean, always smelling lovely, and overall my children are very happy here. It will be a sad time when they both move on as Eden has played a huge role in our little ones lives! This centre truly deserves 5 stars.

We've had nothing other than a very positive experience at Eden, Oak Park . Our son has been attending this centre since 2022 , he enjoys the company of his fellow classmates and he loves the Educators . The centre is new with great facilities, and it has gone from strength to strength since Jack took over as Manager. I highly recommend it.
