One of the best early learning centre. The educators are incredibly caring, patient, and genuinely invested in every child’s growth and wellbeing. From the very first day, the staff made our child feel welcome and supported, creating a warm and nurturing environment that truly feels like a second home. The centre is always clean, well-organized, and full of vibrant, creative activities. It’s clear that the team puts a lot of effort into making each day special for the children.

My kid attended Cardinia Lakes ELC for almost a year and we appreciated the care and support from management (Deepika & Sharan) and all educators. The ELC offers great communication, support and isn't overcrowded.

My son has been attending for the last 5 months and we have been so happy with the entire experience. The whole team is so caring and lovely. My son was originally having a hard time at drop off, he would cry and not want me to leave. But now he is so comfortable with all the staff, he walks in, blows me a kiss and waves me goodbye, no tears. He absolutely loves going to daycare. We also love the app for updates through the day. Great childcare centre, 100% recommend.

This is a kindergarten full of love and care. Children learn and explore in a relaxed and joyful atmosphere every day and the curriculum is thoughtfully designed to balance inspiration and fun. Btw communication between parents and the school is smooth and transparent. Teachers frequently share updates about kids’ progress and daily moment.

We feel so grateful to be part of the Cardinia Lakes Early Learning Centre family. From the very beginning, the educators have been incredibly warm, patient, and attentive to our children’s individual needs. Our children settled in so well thanks to their genuine care and nurturing environment. My son recently began care at this center and had a wonderful experience. All the educators are amazing; we are very pleased.

I have a 4 year old and an 18 month old that attend the centre, my 4 year old has court orders and an asthma plan and we get regular updates on when new staff arrive that they sign and acknowledge these forms. This small detail puts our minds at ease and shows that the care and safety of our child is their priority. Our 18 month old has been at the centre since he was 5 months old. The staff and management offered an orientation process that help both our son and my partner feel safe dropping off as we were able to slowly transition our child, we have the freedom of calling whenever we like and checking in on-top of getting regular live updates on how their day is going and their routines for the day. Highly recommend this centre, as soon as you step in you will feel the warmth from staff and smiles on the children’s faces.

Seems all the careers have their own kids here and only look after their own kids. My child always came home sunburnt and the sunscreen we supplied was still full after months. Literally got told to sick up our child because they were crying too much too. We also had an asthma plan in place but he still got sent home for coughing when pollen count was high and the puffer was never administered. It still has 196 puffs out of the 200 it went there with. Goodluck to anyone dealing with this centre.
