We loved it here, my daughter was only here for a short time, unfortunately we moved location and had to leave. But the moment I walked into the centre with my husband and daughter, The manager Linda I think her name was, came to greet us and she knew our names and made us feel so welcome. Our tour was so in-depth and the staff were all so welcoming. We started in the kinder room and the 3 weeks we were there, we felt like we were family. Management were always checking in on how our day was and if we had any feedback. We had nothing but positive things to say. The kinder program is so welcoming and informative, the app they use isn't very good, but we were always informed about her day. I cant believe what they eat, there menu is planned so well and the cook even makes treats out the front for parents with a coffee machine out the front. They have thought of everything. Even on our first day the same lady in the office Linda, even gave us bubbles and said how proud she was on my daughters first day and achievements even on our last day. Whenever I dropped off the kids always asked for a hug from her. Shes a real asset to community kids and think she's on her own? Big shout out to you! Also Lekan in the kinder room, he is so informative, kind and has such a way with the children in that room. Its always so calm and settled everytime I went in, which was great with our seperation anxiety. I didn't really get to see much of how the other rooms ran, but everyone is so friendly, it gives a homely feel. If we move back in the area, we will definitely come back. Thank you for having us for such a short time. ☺️😊😊

I had my son here and he absolutely loved it, the 4 year old kinder room is so engaging, always fun, calm and inviting. Lekan is so welcoming and informative, even the 3 year old kinder room has come along way from when we first started. Kalpani and Sunil are always seen engaging in group time as we walk in, making the room calm for drop off's, thank you. I also want to say a big shout out to Linda the Acting Centre Manager for running the centre on her own the past 6 months, you are always so positive to the parents, teachers, and children. They really respect you, us as parents can see, and my son just adores you, we will miss coming here, as we leap in to school this year. But we will be sure to come back and visit. We are going to miss you all. Highly recommend this centre for kinder 100%.

I cannot thank Community Kids Pakenham enough for the incredible love, care, and support they show—not only to our little girl but to us as a family as well. In just six months of attending, we’ve been truly overwhelmed by the kindness and dedication of the educators who nurture her every single day. As parents, we’ve felt deeply supported, especially during challenging times, and that sense of community means the world to us. The centre itself is wonderful, but it’s the educators and directors who make it exceptional. A special shoutout to Linda, Acting Centre Manager, and to my daughter’s amazing primary carers—Rachel, Simone, Grace, Kaneisha, and Leah. Your care, patience, and warmth have made such a difference in our lives. We are endlessly grateful for each of you. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

Im very happy with my granddaughters daycare, the staff are always posting such beautiful photos of her, and are really informative when I come. The kinder rooms are looking so engaging and the team are always working hard with the children, you can tell as soon as you walk in. Always doing something fun. I only know a couple of staff, but the two kinder room teachers are all amazing. Thank you for always doing your best with my granddaughter, she absolutely loves coming in seeing Linda out the front, and Lekan, Kalpani and Sunil. Lisa the cook, wow I was lucky to get one of her parent treats the other week. The best cook! Community kids even think of parents also. Thank you. Sorry for the long review. But super happy.

Daycare can truly become a second home for our children when it’s the right fit – and that’s what we found with Community Kids Pakenham. From the moment we walked in, we felt the warmth and friendliness here. The educators are kind, caring, and genuinely take the time to get to know each child and family where they can. It feels more like a welcoming home than a formal learning facility. There’s a lovely sense of comfort and community that made it easy for our child to settle in here. She loves her educators and I feel, as a parent, that I can bring up consers with management and be listened to.

The staff here are incredible. They take all conerns seriously and are always trying new things with the children to keep them engaged. My son has an absolute blast every time he's there.

My daughter loves all of her teachers and looks forward to going to daycare each week. We couldn't have asked for a more loving and supportive center.
