Little Stars hasn’t just been a childcare centre for us — it has been the place where my daughter found her confidence, her joy, and her voice. Melody started this year, and the transformation we’ve seen in her has been nothing short of incredible. As her mum, watching her blossom has been one of the most emotional and beautiful experiences of my life. When she first walked through those doors, she was shy, unsure, and still finding her way with her speech. Now, she walks in every morning with her head held high, excited to show the team her hair, her headbands, or the outfit she proudly chose herself. That tiny ritual — her showing them her little details — has become such a big part of her confidence. And the way the team responds to her with genuine excitement, warmth, and love… it means everything. They make her feel special. They make her feel understood. They make her feel like she belongs. Shereen and the team don’t just “look after” Melody — they see her. They listen to her, even when her words aren’t perfectly clear. They slow down, they give her time, and they make sure she feels heard. When she’s sad, they comfort her with the kind of patience and gentleness that only comes from people who truly care. When she’s unsure, they guide her. When she’s proud, they celebrate her right alongside her. Because of them, Melody is making friends. She’s opening up. She’s laughing more. She’s stepping into her own little personality with so much confidence and joy. And as a mum, there is no greater feeling than knowing your child is surrounded by people who lift her up, encourage her, and help her grow into the best version of herself. I will forever be grateful to Shereen and the entire Little Stars team for the love, patience, and support they’ve given my daughter. They have changed her world — and ours — in the most beautiful way. If I could give a thousand stars, I would.

We are new to this center after many years at another local center and i can tell you its a breath of fresh air. The care and dedication has blown me away. They have so many activities daily and really put thought, effort and structure into the kids days. The xplor app is always full of great details and photos about the kids days, and you actually get messages about how your child's day was when you pick them up. This center is culture rich and full of exciting inclusions with music and sport. Moving centers is daunting but my kids took like ducks to water with a easy transition and wonderful staff who genuinely have your childs interests in mind. On top of wonderful rooms, they have several animals and have plant / food growing programs. This center is one to definitely tour as the center management team have been brilliant from the get go. The team, although many, all know my children by name and interact with them. Clear communication and care. I am so pleased I changed my kids because this place is wonderful. Looking forward to seeing my children thrive as they already have in such a short period.

Highly recommend little stars Pakenham, our son has not been looked after by many people but the girls in nursery room 2 have been so patient with him and he is now thriving and having so much fun he has only been attending for 1 month and from a little boy who refused to eat or play in the first week he is now absolutely loving it. Thank you Maddi, Sarah and the whole Nursery 2 room Staff for making this transition for him and myself so easy and stress free.

Absolutely love little stars Pakenham and how they care for my children. Had my oldest attend for 2 years now she’s in primary school and now have my youngest who’s 1 attend. Thought I’d struggle with settling her in but within a couple days she was absolutely excited to get in the car and head to daycare. If you’re in Pakenham or surrounding areas I highly recommend Little Stars Pakenham, the educators truly do have your little ones best interest at heart! We’ve had a wonderful experience with Little Stars Early Learning & kindergarten, Pakenham. The teachers are caring, patient, and truly invested in each child’s growth. Every child is a star at Little Stars. The environment is safe, clean, and welcoming, and the communication with parents is excellent. The communication app is excellent. Our child has learned so much and was very happy. We couldn’t have asked for a better place—highly recommend!

Moving my daughter from another local centre to Little Stars was the best thing I ever did! The amount of care the staff have for the children is amazing and I know she is well looked after by all educators.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service. The lack of support for disabilities is concerning. The staff's behavior was unprofessional. My partner's autistic son was informed that he is no longer welcome at the childcare. I strongly advise against enrolling your children there.

I cannot speak highly enough of this daycare! My son is so settled and genuinely happy here. The educators are amazing - kind, patient and extremely supportive to both child and parent. They have made drop offs and transitioning between rooms so easy! He has been there since he was in the nursery room and he’s now in toddler 1 happy and thriving! Aleesha, Tahlia, Paige, Sienna, Leia, Jo and Vi have been so patient with him and so supportive to me over the past 1.5 years! Bel and Jess at the front desk have also always been so kind and willing to help with anything we need! Everyone has made it so easy to trust them with caring for my son while I’m at work and I cannot thank them enough!

I recently completed my placement at Little Stars Early Learning & Kindergarten, Pakenham, and it was really a wonderful and enjoyable experience. My mentor, Shikha, was incredibly supportive, calm, and experienced. She guided me throughout my placement, generously sharing her knowledge and practical insights, which helped me learn and grow with confidence. All the educators (teams) were so friendly and kind, making the environment comfortable and positive from the very beginning. They are all so good with the children, patient, understanding, and dedicated to creating a nurturing and happy environment. I also want to thank Bell (Centre Manager) and Jess (Assistant Manager) for being kind and understanding. Overall, I had a great time during my placement and learned so much from everyone. It was such a positive experience.
