Very welcoming centre with friendly and professional educators. We have been at Little Stars for almost 3 years and cannot fault the care provided by staff.

The Center and the team is amazing. I have my children in the Center for the last 3 years. My child love to going there. Every morning he excited to see Bell our beloved director.

This review comes from a parent who had their child enrolled here for more than two years, only to find out the hard way about their true safety standards. Don't be fooled by the recent flood of 5-star reviews—many appear to be from staff or solicited from parents to mask serious underlying issues. ​Behind the superficial niceness is an undisclosed investigation by the Department of Education (DET), which formally substantiated a non-compliance breach at this centre for a failure to supervise children. What is most concerning is that the owner, Mr. Gehan, is fully aware of this and possesses the official documents proving the breach, yet the centre continues to project a false narrative online. While there are some genuinely wonderful educators here who deserve praise (Kanchan, Radhini, Nav, and Smriti are great), they unfortunately cannot make up for the severe shortcomings of management. Specifically, Director Bell and Shikha demonstrated unacceptable standards of care and a complete failure in supervision. A childcare centre is only as safe as its weakest link. If you value transparency and your child's safety, ask the management directly to see their recent DET non-compliance records before enrolling.

I had a wonderful experience with little star as a student and I have done my placements in kinder room and my mentor name is Shikha and Akash they were so experienced and great guided also I learned a-lot new things from them. Little Stars hasn’t just been a childcare centre for us — it has been the place where my daughter found her confidence, her joy, and her voice. When she first walked through those doors, she was shy, unsure, and still finding her way with her speech. Now, she walks in every morning with her head held high, excited to show the team her hair, her headbands, or the outfit she proudly chose herself. That tiny ritual — her showing them her little details — has become such a big part of her confidence. And the way the team responds to her with genuine excitement, warmth, and love… it means everything. They make her feel special. They make her feel understood. They make her feel like she belongs. Shereen and the team don’t just “look after” Melody — they see her. They listen to her, even when her words aren’t perfectly clear. They slow down, they give her time, and they make sure she feels heard. When she’s sad, they comfort her with the kind of patience and gentleness that only comes from people who truly care. When she’s unsure, they guide her. When she’s proud, they celebrate her right alongside her. Because of them, Melody is making friends. She’s opening up. She’s laughing more. She’s stepping into her own little personality with so much confidence and joy. And as a mum, there is no greater feeling than knowing your child is surrounded by people who lift her up, encourage her, and help her grow into the best version of herself. I will forever be grateful to Shereen and the entire Little Stars team for the love, patience, and support they’ve given my daughter. They have changed her world — and ours — in the most beautiful way. If I could give a thousand stars, I would.

We are new to this center after many years at another local center and i can tell you its a breath of fresh air. The care and dedication has blown me away. They have so many activities daily and really put thought, effort and structure into the kids days. The xplor app is always full of great details and photos about the kids days, and you actually get messages about how your child's day was when you pick them up. This center is culture rich and full of exciting inclusions with music and sport. Moving centers is daunting but my kids took like ducks to water with a easy transition and wonderful staff who genuinely have your childs interests in mind. On top of wonderful rooms, they have several animals and have plant / food growing programs. This center is one to definitely tour as the center management team have been brilliant from the get go. The team, although many, all know my children by name and interact with them. Clear communication and care. I am so pleased I changed my kids because this place is wonderful. Looking forward to seeing my children thrive as they already have in such a short period.

Highly recommend little stars Pakenham, our son has not been looked after by many people but the girls in nursery room 2 have been so patient with him and he is now thriving and having so much fun he has only been attending for 1 month and from a little boy who refused to eat or play in the first week he is now absolutely loving it. Thank you Maddi, Sarah and the whole Nursery 2 room Staff for making this transition for him and myself so easy and stress free.

Absolutely love little stars Pakenham and how they care for my children. Had my oldest attend for 2 years now she’s in primary school and now have my youngest who’s 1 attend. Thought I’d struggle with settling her in but within a couple days she was absolutely excited to get in the car and head to daycare. If you’re in Pakenham or surrounding areas I highly recommend Little Stars Pakenham, the educators truly do have your little ones best interest at heart! We’ve had a wonderful experience with Little Stars Early Learning & kindergarten, Pakenham. The teachers are caring, patient, and truly invested in each child’s growth. Every child is a star at Little Stars. The environment is safe, clean, and welcoming, and the communication with parents is excellent. The communication app is excellent. Our child has learned so much and was very happy. We couldn’t have asked for a better place—highly recommend!
