DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD ANYWHERE NEAR THIS CENTRE IF THEY REQUIRE ADDITIONAL SUPPORT!! THEY EXCLUDE CHILDREN, MAKE THEM FEEL UNLOVED WHEN THEY ARE TO YOUNG TO UNDERSTAND NOT TO MENTION THE KINDER EDUCATOR "MEG" NEEDS TO TAKE A BREAK AS IS NOT A STABLE EDUCATOR SHE BURSTS INTO TEARS INFRONT OF CHILDREN & SPEAKS INAPPROPRIATELY INFRONT OF CHILDREN & JANE "CENTRE MANAGER" SUPPORTS HER STAFF AN ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A CENTRE

My daughter loves going to spend time with her friends and the staff each day. She enjoys learning new swimming skills and water safety during her weekly lessons and comes home so excited to tell me she rode Ferno the pony today during her fortnightly lessons. With my own equine background this was a huge plus when I was looking for suitable childcare that would offer a variety of activities, culture exploration and even meals all offer so much variety so much more then I could ever consider possible and to have my daughter come home happy to talk about her friends and what she did that day is awesome.

My girl attended Ryan Road back in 2021 and 2022. Almost every morning when I needed to drop her off, she would be very reluctant. There was one occasion when I picked her up, one of her shoes was missing and a staff informed me that her shoe was being thrown across the fence to the next neighbour. I was really furious. I asked what happened and who did that. I was informed that it was by the few boys who also attended there. On other occasions, I was also informed that some boys were ripping off my daughter’s stuffs. I demanded that the boys apologised in which the reply from the staff was that they can’t force a child to apologise. I brought this up to Jane who was the manager there. Even though my girl has left this daycare for years, she would every now and then recall that she was being bullied by the boys there, being stepped on and kicked by the boys and getting yelled by the staffs. She didn’t share all these back then but only started to open up these recent years. I wished I did much more in following up back then.

Fabulous centre!. Low to no staff turnover & same staff at drop off which makes the start to the day smooth for my kids. Couldn’t get my son to participate in swimming elsewhere but loves and adores swimming here! Educators spend lots of time with the kids and teaching them what they are interested in. Thank you!

Having swimming lessons included to free up time on weekends is very convenient. My daughter loves the pony lessons also.
