I wanted to take a moment to share how wonderful Hilltop Childcare Lidcombe has been for my family. Both of my children attended the centre, with one in the Nursery Room and the other in the Toddler Room. From day one, the staff showed incredible care, kindness, and professionalism. My two-year-old son absolutely adored Ms Shan and formed such a strong bond with the educators in the Toddler Room. My one-year-old, who is usually quite reserved around others, also became very attached to his classroom teacher, which gave me so much confidence and peace of mind. The communication from the centre was outstanding. If an incident occurred, I would receive a phone call straight away, followed by a detailed incident report. Knowing my children were being cared for so attentively meant I could leave them there each day without any worries. One thing that always stood out to me was how supportive the staff were. My two-year-old is very active and would often try to run off when I was collecting him while carrying my one-year-old. The manager would regularly arrange for an educator to assist me to the car, which was such a thoughtful gesture and made a huge difference. Leaving Hilltop Childcare was incredibly emotional for me. After moving house, I continued driving almost 40 minutes each way for five months because I simply didn't want to leave a centre that had cared for my children so well. Eventually, I had to find a childcare service closer to home, but it was one of the hardest decisions I've had to make. I am so grateful to the entire team at Hilltop Childcare Lidcombe for the love, care, and support they provided to my children and our family. I highly recommend the centre to any parent looking for exceptional childcare.

We've been really happy with Hilltop Childcare Centre. It's clean, safe, and the staff are super friendly and attentive. I love that they mix fun activities with learning, and my child has made great progress socially and emotionally. The daily updates are a nice touch, and I feel connected even when I'm at work. Plus, the meals and snacks are healthy, which is a huge bonus. I highly recommend Hilltop to any parent looking for a trust worthy and caring daycare. 😊

Transitions, especially on Mondays 😅, are handled with so much care and patience. The educators always try their best to make drop-offs easier.
