Little Zak’s Mount Hutton has been such a wonderful place for our family. The staff are incredibly kind, attentive, and always make the children feel valued and cared for. It’s so reassuring knowing our child is in a positive, safe, and fun environment every day. The learning programs are engaging, and the centre has such a warm community feel. We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Little Zaks Mount Hutton Childcare Centre. The educators are incredibly caring, professional, and genuinely passionate about supporting each child’s growth and development. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and confident that our child was in safe and nurturing hands. The centre is always clean, organised, and filled with engaging activities that encourage learning, creativity, and confidence. We especially love the regular communication and updates, which make us feel connected to our child’s day and progress. One thing that really stands out is the delicious and nutritious meals prepared fresh by the qualified Chef Alex.It’s reassuring knowing the children are provided with healthy, balanced meals each day, and our child always talks about how much they enjoy the food. We also greatly appreciate the centre’s attention to individual dietary needs and personal beliefs, ensuring every child feels included, respected, and cared for. I couldnt ask for a better child care then this centre. The educators are simply amazing! My kids love going there and telling me how much fun they had!! Would highly recommend sending your kids there!!!

I’ve had issues with this facility before my son has even started. There was a mistake on their end with his enrolments, during the phone call about this issue, the enrolment officer, Veronica Medina, was extremely rude to me. I will not be sending my son to a facility who have staff that speak to the parents like this. I also have witnesses who heard the phone call and the way she spoke to me. I’ve heard nothing but awful things about little Zak’s daycares around Newcastle. I have since found another daycare to send my son to.

Its been long time where i am getting call every week once or twice for incidents. Once my kid broke his arm now getting call for bitting and other incidents. He does not want to go to daycare. I would like to request management to please try to reduce. I feel like i am waiting call every day from daycare. And i will never recommend this daycare to others
