We absolutely love Little Zak’s Strathfield! From day one, the educators have been so caring and patient, and they really make the effort to get to know our child. Every afternoon we get photos and updates, and it’s clear how much fun and learning is happening each day. The centre is clean, bright, and full of activities that keep the kids engaged and happy. It honestly feels like a second home, and we’re so grateful to have found a place where our child is safe, loved, and thriving.

We are so pleased with Little Zaks Academy! Our children is thriving and always happy to go to daycare. The managers and staff are wonderful. They are always engaging the children in fun and educational activities.We appreciate the dedication and hard work of all the staff. They truly make a difference in the lives of our children.

We absolutely love Little Zak’s Strathfield and couldn’t be happier with the care and education our children receive there. The staff are beyond wonderful, they are genuinely passionate, nurturing, and always have the best interests of the children at heart. We have seen incredible growth in both of our children since they started. The centre itself is modern, clean, and thoughtfully set up with a wide range of fun and engaging activities, both indoors and outdoors. Whether it’s creative play, learning experiences, or outdoor exploration, there is always something stimulating and enjoyable happening. We’ve also been so happy to see Miss Aly join the team. She is incredibly warm, welcoming, kind and a wonderful centre director. All the educators go above and beyond to create a positive and supportive environment. We’re so grateful to be part of the Little Zak’s community and would highly recommend it to any family.

The childcare looks good on the exterior. Nice building, clean facilities and great extracurricular activities. However, if you have a child with special needs then you might need to reconsider. My son attended the childcare for over a year, nearly under their care full time, yet not one educator flagged his severe developmental delays. We now are months behind from getting help for him. Also, my son would come home with bumps and bruises, yet no educators seem to have a clue how they come about. When ask a question about the day, it gets palmed from one educator to another where no one seems to know anything about anything. I never see any set, group activities and every time during pick up or drop off, I see staff busy and overworked and a very high number of students with minimal staff. Staff even tell me to change my son’s nappy with he has a BM during drop off.

My son attended Little Zak’s Strathfield for a few months, and during that time, we had a very positive experience. The educators were exceptionally caring, supportive, and attentive to his needs. They showed genuine interest in his development and provided a nurturing environment that helped him grow and learn confidently. The only downside we encountered was the frequency of illness. Unfortunately, my son became unwell almost every week, which was likely due to other children attending while visibly sick. This was concerning, as it significantly impacted his health and attendance. Aside from this issue, we were very happy with the quality of care and education provided. Little Zak’s Strathfield is a wonderful centre with dedicated educators, and I would recommend it to other families—with the advice to be mindful of the potential for frequent illness, especially in the early months.

As a long time parent since the centre roughly opened we have seen alot of positive changes with our child. She has flourished during her time in care -singing new songs shes learnt, learning to write her own name, making friendships, developed nurturing relationships with her educators. We are quite happy with a few educators who have left a positive impression with our child’s care and support, but there are a few inconsistencies like staff turn over, director changes and educators having the ability to manage alot of children but that’s like any childcare centre you’ll come across. Overall modern resources, clean, great centre for locality and if you want your child to participate in extra curricular activities!
