We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Little Zak’s Gladesville. A special thank you to Elise, the Centre Director, who has gone above and beyond to support our son. She recently took the time to understand his individual needs and helped him navigate two big transitions at once—moving into a bigger class while also adjusting to becoming a big brother at home. Her care, understanding, and guidance made such a difference to our family. The educators are incredibly attentive, nurturing, and genuinely invested in the children. Our son is excited to go to daycare each morning, and one of the biggest signs of how much he loves it is that he often talks about his educators (shout out to Miss Dia, Miss Shobha and Miss Chloe Dang) and wants to share his weekend adventures with them. One thing that has stood out to us is the centre’s transparency and commitment to continuous improvement. Following an incident where our son had an accidental fall at the playground, the team worked closely with us: provided access to the security footage so we could fully understand what happened, reviewed their procedures, and implemented changes to improve safety practices. Knowing that the centre takes concerns seriously and uses them as opportunities to learn and improve gave us a great deal of confidence and trust. As our extended family lives outside of Sydney, the team at Little Zak’s has truly become part of our village, and we’re so grateful for the care, encouragement, and sense of community they’ve provided. We highly recommend Little Zak’s Gladesville to any family looking for a supportive, caring, and responsive childcare centre.

Such a beautiful childcare centre in Gladesville! My daughter absolutely loves it here and is always so happy and excited to go each day. The educators are so caring, supportive, and genuinely amazing with the children. Elise the director is lovely and always goes above and beyond to make families feel welcome and supported. The food is also exceptional and my daughter always eats so well here! It gives us so much comfort knowing she is safe, loved, and learning so much every day. We are very happy with LZ. My daughter is always excited to go to daycare and loves all teachers, so far we had a great experience. The communication is great and they are very helpful and accommodating. I would definitely recommend it.

My boy is in 0-1 room with Mrs. Chloe. She is such a kind person and always patient to the kids. All the educators are welcoming and friendly to me, and the room is clean and well maintained every morning when I drop my kid off.

My daughter attended for two years and absolutely thrived at Little Zak’s! The Centre director genuinely cares about every single child who attends and leads a team of supportive, caring, and wonderful educators. The transition from maternity leave back to the workplace was difficult for me personally however knowing she was well taken care of was such a relief. Cannot recommend enough!
