Very surprised with the negative reviews on this page. I have had my children enrolled in this centre since it opened and the support we have received as parent is amazing. Centre director Krystal is very efficient and hard working. The educators are lovely and caring.

Centre director Crystal seems like only care about the money not caring about helping the new parent. As a new parent we requested her to tell us the procedure how to apply centreline rebate and stuff. She kept telling us go to centrelink where we spend almost an hour which Crystal should have advise us. It took only 2 minutes for centrelink stuff to explain us. I requested Crystal is there anything due from your side before we go to centreline, she replied no as they have done everything from their side without checking the system at the centre. Once we went to centreline they advise us the child care centre didn't sent any notification yet. We had to go back to the centre again and the lady at the reception said they didn't even send notification to us which was absolutely bizarre. One thing Crystal explain to us very clearly few times how much you guys gonna charge us each week, which seems like she only cares about the money centre is going to get. I love the educators as they were very nice as long as my son was there. I only had to leave the centre because we didn't like the director.

I’ve recently had an incident with my son at little Zak’s ropes crossing where a teacher has snatched something of my son and caused him to fall over and hit his head! The police have been notified and in the middle of investigation

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Little Zak’s Academy Ropes Crossing. Since my daughter started, there have been multiple concerning incidents that made me completely lose trust in this centre’s care and supervision. On her very first day, staff showed me a photo of her eating with her nose running, which they quickly skipped over when I noticed. Hygiene and attention to detail were clearly lacking. Another time, she had someone else’s water bottle placed in front of her, which raises serious safety and hygiene concerns. The final incident happened recently when I arrived unexpectedly and found my daughter asleep with a visible red mark on her head, wearing only one shoe. None of the five educators in the room could explain what happened or how she was injured. The explanations were inconsistent, and I had to take her to the hospital emergency to be checked. As a parent, I expect honesty, accountability, and genuine care — not excuses and confusion when a child is hurt. I have withdrawn my daughter immediately, reported the matter to NSW Police and the Department of Education, and would strongly urge other parents to look elsewhere until this centre improves its supervision and transparency.

Little Zak’s ropes crossing is the best, after we changed preschools for my son I was anxious about starting a new school. My son screamed every morning at his last school and did not want to go at all. When he started here, the educators included him in play right away. The educators at little Zak’s have made my son feel so welcomed and loved he begs to go to school even on his days off now. The excitement he has now for school is amazing and such a change. His behaviour at home has changed dramatically as well. I couldn’t fault little Zak’s in any way and I couldn’t be more happy with this preschool.

My 2 year old daughter has been at Little Zaks Ropes Crossing since February 2025. She has been absolutely thriving in her class and we’re seeing so much progress. She is a whole different person to who she was before she started at Little Zaks and we’re really seeing the growth, confidence and just the amount she has learnt, it is truly amazing! Each day she comes home after school and she really shocks us at how much she knows! The centre is also always clean and tidy and makes us feel very comfortable as parents knowing our child is in such a well kept environment. A very special thanks to her teachers and the extra mile they take with her!

I have been happy with the service as my son has been happy with his educator's and notice all the educators and staff always have a smile on their faces and greeting me everyday.

My daughter absolutely loves attending! She is supported so well by her teachers especially Seema, Mala and Kylie! I love the photos at the end of the day to see what she has been learning. But mostly as a parent and educator myself I see how well she is looked after and how much I trust the staff. 10/10!

Little Zak Academy has been a fantastic experience for my child! The staff is incredibly caring and dedicated, fostering a warm and nurturing environment. The engaging curriculum has not only made learning fun but also helped my child develop important social skills. I appreciate the strong communication and support from the teachers. Highly recommend this academy to any parent looking for a great start in education!

My little one’s last day was on 16 January 2025 with a small break before starting “big school” Kindy. He was in the inventors room and absolutely loved his 3 favourite educators. He was able to develop socially and academically and was thriving. All the educators are so caring and patient and I can see why my son was so fond of them. The admin staff are always friendly, smiling and greets us when we walk in. I recommend Little Zaks Ropes Crossing!
