My child is so happy, the centre is clean and organised. The improvements made over the last week have made such a difference. Thank you ☺️

My daughter enrolled at the school solely because it was recommended by my wife’s English school.Unfortunately, I had to withdraw her due to persistent physical aggression from other students, which went unaddressed by the administration. On her final day, she was bitten twice, underscoring the lack of intervention. There are safer, more supportive schools available for those prioritizing a secure learning environment.

From day 1, I was not a big fan of this daycare. It was my son's 1st time in daycare and was expecting a more educational and organized place. Asked an employee where his hat and sheets were, and they did not care to find it or have it placed by his bag when his name was clearly written in big letters on his items. I felt like every time I came to drop off or pick up my son, the employees were just hanging around and not being proactive. They did not have scheduled day activities, and I found the kids watching TV one day, my son also returned home many times with sticky hands and the opposite shoes on his feet.

We are very much satisfied with the day care facilities and service at a very affordable Prices.

My step daughters graduated kidz Ink 2014 and 2016. My daughters now attend (18mth and 3yrs) have both grown so much since starting less than 12mths ago.

Enrolled my 3 yr old at this centre was put off very quickly with how educators were talking to kids and how unorganised/untidy centre is . The director is super rude and nasty even the mums waiting to pick kids up from primary school have made comments on her attitude Makes me wonder how she speaks to kids . My child lasted a few weeks before I decided I didn’t wanna pay for a babysitter in a very untidy centre when my child needs education . Centre is outdated compared to other centres my kids have been to.

Just wanted to say how appreciative I am of the care my child has received at the centre. My child really enjoys coming in each and every morning and greeting their educators. The educators and management always make sure the children and families needs are always met. The team always work together to make sure the children have the best day when attending. Definitely recommend this childcare centre.

There is a lot this centre needs to work on from management to cleaning and even staffing. Kidz ink cheap in fees and so is the service. This day care is never tidy and is always messy even in the morning time. The educators are not upto the level. The management is not in sync. Therefore it's not a suitable day care.

I would do 0 stars if I could. I did a walk through of this centre last week to see if it was suitable for my 1 year old daughter. I have never seen a pre school so dirty and untidy. The staff member was swearing while explaining everything to me. She changed a child’s nappy in the middle of an outside seating area. There was multiple hazards in each room including a wooden box that she said a kid had got stuck inside of the day before (it was sitting in the middle of the playground still) there was a plastic tarp in the middle of the play area outside just sitting there and not one room or inch of the centre was tidy or clean. She also claimed she cleans the centre herself with bleach. BLEACH isn’t a chemical that is aloud to be used inside a daycare as it can be toxic for anyone let alone little kids. They should be reported and shut down I don’t understand how anyone could send there kid to this centre

I feel so supported being a single dad and my child attending kidz ink. I drop her off knowing she is safe, cared for, and her development is nurtured. When I pick her up she has the biggest smile and she’s always engaged in all the activities. I highly recommend this centre
