My son attended Kids First for over two years, from age 3 to 5, and our experience was truly wonderful. We didn’t fully realise how good this centre was until we had to move out of the region. Only then did we see how much the environment, teaching style, and daily interactions can influence a child’s behaviour, language, and overall confidence. Kids First has an energetic and highly professional team. They place strong importance on academic learning while also embracing multicultural diversity, creating an environment where every child feels understood, included, and supported. The teachers are fair, gentle, warm, and responsible. My son was always happy, safe, and settled here, and he made genuine friends. As parents, we also felt very supported — the director and teachers communicated well, listened thoughtfully, and offered us many helpful suggestions. Kids First gave my son not only strong learning foundations but also positive values and emotional growth. If distance hadn’t been an issue, we would have loved for him to stay here until the very end of his early learning journey. We highly recommend this centre to any family looking for a caring, modern, and truly professional childcare.

My kids have been attending here for the last 4 months and they absolutely love it. Clean premises, new equipment. Great outdoor areas for play. Lovely caring teachers.

Unfortunately we had an awful experience at this childcare centre. Our daughter Sienna was 11 months old when she first started at this centre and on her 2nd day of childcare she wasn't offered or fed her formula milk. When I questioned the teacher, the reasoning was that they were really "busy" and there was a miscommunication between the teachers. I'm disappointed that my daughter was neglected and I'm concerned because they should know that at this age she should still be fed milk which is her primary source of nutrition ( I have requested this from the start). They have their duty of care to uphold and hopefully this doesnt happen to other kids especially when theres a high risk of dehydration and in my childs sake - starvation!

We absolutely love Kids First Early Learning centre! My son has been a part of this fantastic centre since day 1 and it has been such a vital part of his education, he has learned so much and we are so grateful. In addition the staff and director are absolutely delightful and kind. Couldn’t be happier and excited for his brother to join in the near future.

We are so thankful for having found this centre. The care provided by all the staff is exceptional, our baby girl genuinely enjoys going to school and is learning so much. The daily activity updates and photos are so great to see while at work. We're forever grateful for the Kids First team making our daughter's first experience with daycare such a positive one.

I feel safe sending my son to Kids first. The educators are incredibly caring and attentive to the children. They provide a safe and nurturing environment, and my son has learned and grown so much during his time there. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and the daily activities are both educational and fun. I have been to a few daycares in the area, this is the right and best one for us.

My son has been with Kids First since they opened, also has a smooth transition from the baby room to the toddler room. The centre is clean and they have lots of activities like music class, sport class which my son enjoys a lot. Thank you to Miss Lina and all the educators.

This is my son’s first daycare and we’re glad that he is doing well in the center with the helps from the educators. The reason that we chose here is because the center is clean and well managed. Lina, the director is nice and she organized some exciting incursions and excursions for the kids! We’re also thankful for the educators who always care and attentive to the kids. My daughter loves attending daycare at Kids First. I have seen her learn and develop in so many ways since joining and she has developed a good relationship with her educators and friends. The babies room is very spacious with a nice indoor and outdoor area with many fun activities to keep the kids engaged. We like receiving the daily updates and the detailed end of year report. Thank you Lina and all the educators for creating such a great environment for her to learn and grow.
