We are very pleased with our experience at the new Little Friends Granville Childcare Centre. The staff members are warm and caring, and our daughter quickly adjusted to her new environment. We are consistently greeted with smiles, and the staff show a genuine interest in her well-being. The manager, Sian, is professional and knowledgeable. We genuinely appreciate this positive experience so far.

We have been extremely satisfied with Little Friends Early Learning Granville from day one until my daughter’s last day. The staff are professional, warm, and friendly, and always quick to respond. My daughter loved her time here and always felt happy and comfortable. The positive and welcoming environment gave us great peace of mind as parents. We also really appreciated their professional app, where we could see all her daily activities, meals, and updates—it kept us connected and reassured throughout the day. We’ve had such a wonderful experience at this childcare centre, especially with the positive changes under the current management. The new team has brought fresh energy and improvements that really make a difference for the children and families. Communication is clearer and more consistent, the staff seem even more motivated and engaged, and the learning environment feels warm and nurturing. I’ve noticed how much my child is learning and growing through the engaging activities and caring educators. The focus on both education and well-being is very reassuring. A special shout out to Sian (Manager), and to the wonderful teachers and educators who have worked directly with my son, Mr Bilal, Ms Neelam, Ms Cindra, Ms Sophie, Ms Feodora, as well as others from different rooms and the kitchen staff. Your hard work, care, and dedication do not go unnoticed. It’s clear that the new management truly listens to families and is committed to continuous improvement. I couldn’t be happier with this childcare centre! The educators are incredibly caring and loving and my son absolutely loves going here. Siena, with her dedication and efforts, has completely transformed this place into such a positive and nurturing environment. I am so grateful for the wonderful care my twins receive at this preschool. The staff are incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive, and they always go above and beyond to make the children feel comfortable and happy. The service of the management is ABSOLUTELY amazing. Caring, understanding and accomadating at its best. The learning programs are fantastic and the improvement i have seen in my son due to the inclusive culture is nothing short of amazing. I honestly couldn't recommend this centre more

We couldn’t be more happier with this fantastic center especially since the center director Sian and the new team joined, who bring a lot of exciting changes. I am always impressed with the stimulating activities planned for my kid and enjoy reading the daily updates. Highly recommend to the Western area families who are looking for a safe and reliable place for their kids

Went for the tour and decided to enrolled our 16 month girl right after there. The childcare was very hygienic, clean and vibrant and plenty plenty of activities. The educators were all very polite, professional and patient, with plenty of activities for kids. The place is easy to access (next to a train station) and plenty of parking. Would be definitely look at increasing the number of days!
