They are not fully responsible looking after kids that why my son usually have incidents at centre. Even though, sometime they didn’t report the incident until we complained.

As Teen’s parent, I sincerely thank Ms. Yee for her dedicated care and selfless support throughout his growth journey. Since he started in preschool room at Bankstown Montessory Academy, we have clearly seen positive changes in his personality, habits, and communication skills—all thanks to Ms. Yee’s patient guidance and loving attention. She not only focuses on Teen’s learning and development but also deeply cares about his emotions and overall well-being, creating a warm and safe learning environment filled with love and care. Every day when I pick him up and see his happy smile, I feel deeply reassured and touched. Ms. Yee is not only an excellent educator to Teen but also a strong support for us as parents. First week was great with Montessori academy. My son has some separation anxiety which will fade over time I hope so. The process and journey has been so smooth with the help of wonderful team and educators of Montessori academy who are so helpful and so welcoming all the time including the chef she has been so helpful . Specially Miss Zahra she is been an angel for us , she goes above and beyond in what ever she does, she is a star. She instantly comforts by son and address him and comforts him since day 1, I really appreciate her efforts , the work she is doing is beyond words.

We’re very happy with the care our daughter receives at this daycare. The environment is clean, safe, and nurturing, and the educators clearly put time and heart into supporting each child’s individual needs. Rola has had an incredible impact on our daughter. She shows an exceptional level of care, patience, and understanding. Rola takes the time to truly get to know each child and offers the one-on-one support that helps them feel seen, safe, and confident. Her calm, attentive approach has helped our daughter feel more secure and has supported her emotional and social development in a way we’re so grateful for. It’s clear Rola has a genuine passion for her work, and the difference she makes is felt not just by our daughter, but by many families. We’ve had a wonderful experience with Montessori Academy Bankstown, especially in the baby room where our child, Islam, is lovingly cared for. Miss Maya has been an incredible educator—her gentle, nurturing approach and genuine care for Islam have made a world of difference in our child’s development and happiness. Every day, we feel confident and at peace knowing Islam is in such capable and loving hands. I would like to thank the Bankstown team for their care of my two kids. They had a wonderful time in the centre. I would like to extend my appreciation to Miss Rola Rashid for her effort and care with my son since toddlers' room and until he left the centre at the preschool room 💓 Also, the educators at Babies room and toddlers room for their care of my daughter, she enjoyed her time and learned a lot, especially to Miss Maya Nasrallah, she helped my daughter in settling and transitioning from Babies to the toddlers room. Thank you, Bankstown Montessori, for the care and love you have shown my child (and even for me!) Today was my son’s last day here - we are moving and had to find a centre closer to our new place - and it was so emotional for me. First off, the centre and is always clean and calm. The staff are warm and welcoming all the time. The centre manager, Nehida, is personable, professional and is super involved - she takes care of her staff and is always on top on everything. Rena is always happy to help with any of my questions during enrolment and is always on the ball. I am so beyond grateful for the staff in the baby’s room. Ms Mary, the team leader, is the sweetest and cares so much about her staff and the kids. She was such a comfort to my son and really knows what to do in any situation. A special shout out to Ms Lovely.. without saying, the whole centre knows that my son was enamoured with her, and was obsessed with her. Ms Kyi Kyi was also another amazing educator - she is such a positive spirit and my son really warmed up to her as well! I watched my son develop confidence and skills under the care of the baby room educators and i felt comforted by how much they loved him and cared for him. They really nurtured his cheeky spirit and I will be forever grateful for all that the staff has done! Again, thank you so much, and for making our first daycare experience such a positive one.
