We couldn’t be happier with our experience at this childcare center. Our 4-year-old absolutely loves attending, and we’ve seen so much growth in his confidence, independence, and social skills. The staff are incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely care about every child. They work beautifully with kids who have different needs and challenges, always finding thoughtful, personalised ways to support them. As parents, we’ve felt heard and supported every step of the way. Communication is excellent, and we always feel like we’re part of a team. It’s such a comfort knowing our child is in a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment each day. We’re so grateful to have found this place!

My God son attends Lilypad and he absolutely loves the place and all the staff! When I picked him up with his father he introduced me to his teachers and was very proud to do so! Couldn’t recommend highly enough!

A Truly Wonderful Childcare – My Son Loves It Here! Lilypad Top Ryde has been such a blessing to our family. My son is so happy here — every day he's excited to go in and play, and that peace of mind as a parent is priceless. The educators are incredibly genuine and caring. You can tell they truly enjoy being with the kids and put a lot of thought into creating a fun, safe, and nurturing environment. What I really love is how active and engaging the program is. They often go on little excursions to the nearby park or library, and there are always fun activities happening — from sports to dancing to creative play. It's a great balance of learning and just letting kids be kids. Bonus points for the super easy parking! Drop-offs and pick-ups are smooth and stress-free.

My daughter has built strong attachment to the educators. We have been there for almost a year. The educators have been very consistent and this speaks to the leadership of the director, Sarah. The educators are truly wonderful angels who have always cared for my little girl, as if she is their own. They always let me know how my little girl have been. The emotional and intellectual growth we've seen in her has been astounding. She’s more confident, social, and genuinely happy. The staff here are incredibly caring and attentive, and their dedication to each child’s well-being and development is evident in everything they do. Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I'm so happy that my child had chance to spend 10 months with kind and professional educators in this centre before we move to Central Coast. Zoe the room leader and other staff on the room made our expectations so high that we can't find a new centre to meet our expectations. Also the management team are so professional and helpful. We were so sad for cancelling the enrolment. It was like saying goodbye to our family. Ario will miss you Zoe, Jo, Fenita, Barbara and Sarah.

I can’t recommend Lilypad enough! The idea of someone else looking after your children can be scary but it’s something I’ve never had to worry about with my time at Lilypad. Both of my children go here and have been since they were 6 months old (now 3 and 1.5 years old). My children are always well looked after and cared for and their development has absolutely blossomed since attending. The educators go out of their way to build relationships with my kids and always make you feel welcomed as a parent.

Excellent management, experienced, responsive, knowledgeable and on top of things. Sarah and Barbara are true assets to the centre. The educators are all very caring and friendly, always greet my child with a smile and welcome us in when we attend. The centre itself unfortunately looks a little dull, it needs new toys/books/equipment and a fresh coat of paint to brighten up the whole place. I hope the owner will act on this feedback as it's a serious drawback compared to other centres in the area.

Best daycare in Sydney.. The educators are amazing, very professional and the best - special thanks to Dinali , Armina, and many more. My son went here for three years- he loved it. Safe, clean, very well maintained. He still talks about all the teachers and what they taught him even after 2 years of leaving the daycare. Thanks to every educator in this daycare..
