Health and Nutrition

Health and Nutrition

Mealtime is a joyful experience, thanks to our talented in-house chef, Nitesh! Every day, he prepares healthy, delicious meals that cater to a variety of tastes, from multicultural cuisine to comforting favourites like pasta and noodle dishes.

We’ve also introduced fun and interactive cooking lessons, where children can develop basic cooking skills while enjoying hands-on experiences. Additionally, they actively participate in planting, harvesting, and learning about fresh produce in our community garden. Together, we’re nurturing a love for nutritious meals and sustainable practices.

They also explore healthy choices, personal responsibility, and creative thinking in an engaging and supportive environment.

We provide inquiry-based curriculum through play - across exciting learning areas, including:

  • STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Maths)
  • Language and Literacy
  • Active and Involved Citizens
  • Nature Play and Sustainability
  • The Arts
  • Health and Wellbeing

With a balance of small and whole-group experiences, both indoors and outdoors, children are encouraged to wonder, discover, and grow - preparing them for a bright future ahead!
